The perfect balance of spicy, nutty, and vanilla notes with hints of sweet sherry and exceptional smoothness

This Five Oak Cask Release is matured in a combination of three different types of virgin oak (Irish, European and American), in addition to ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks. The finished result is a whiskey that is equal parts complex and smooth.

Knappogue Castle 12 YO is an exceptional single malt made exclusively from malted barley. Triple distilled one batch at a time in traditional, onion-shaped copper pot stills, the whiskey is then aged in bourbon oak casks for twelve years. Aromas of biscuit and peppery spice. Krombacher Pilsner has a full flavour, finely bitter, sophisticated taste with a smooth, exceptionally clean finish. It is only brewed in Germany and only with Felsquellwasser (mountain spring water).

Enticing notes of honeysuckle, blossom, citrus and white peach on the nose. On the palate, lively notes of pear, red apple and peach are balanced with lemon and lime notes that are framed with an intense & refreshing minerality leading to a long, harmonious finish.

Typically Mosel, light, easy and refreshing, with beautiful fresh fruit aromas. Lovely on its own, but also marvellous with poultry or sweet and sour Chinese dishes.

Monkey 47 is a batch distilled and handcrafted gin from Germany’s Black Forest, and was created with the use of 47 ingredients. Clear with a silvery, glycerous appearance. Crisp and fresh on the nose. The initial perfumed burst is of sweet berry / juniper and assorted fresh citrus peel; further aeration releases pine needle, lavender and clove-like scents.

Brilliant pale lemon. Pronounced youthful citrus, apple and floral nose. Refreshingly low in alcohol, off dry balanced by crisp acidity. Delicious with salads, chicken dishes and Asian cuisine, and ideal on its own as an aperitif.

Enticing orchard fruit and citrus flavours with spice and mineral notes highlight this off dry Riesling. The balanced acidity makes for a versatile food match.

This off-dry Riesling is light straw in colour with pronounced peach, citrus and white flower aromas. It's a light-bodied wine with slight, ripe fruit sweetness balanced by crisp, refreshing acidity, and a hint of minerality.

This stout has a deep black colour with reddish hue and pours with a thick creamy head. Rich and complex coffee aroma with light liquorice notes, the Fuggles hops leads to a tart bitterness which mingles with the roast espresso flavours on the tongue.

Aromatically a complex interplay of nutty maltiness, woodland fragrances and spice, with hints of honey and vanilla. On the palate a distinctive mellow maltiness, a touch of sweet oil, spiciness - and again those background notes of honey, vanilla, toasted wood. On the finish the sweetness gently fades, mellow maltiness and mild woody notes linger.

Naturally cloudy and shining silky gold in the glass under a really strong head of foam. At the first mouthful there is a mild aroma of banana. Finer palates detect a trace of mango and pineapple and the balance between sweet and bitter. Beer connoisseurs appreciate the fine note of yeast and the mild but sparkling mix of aromas.

Three Swallow is made from a mash of malted and unmalted barley, then triple distilled in traditional copper pot stills. Matured in mainly 2nd and 3rd fill American oak casks. Pot Still spice combines with crisp barley character. Delicate herbs give way to green banana and grapefruit while a nutty note of marzipan reflects the wood contribution of specially selected casks. An initial taste delivers smooth mouth-coating barley followed by an eruption of green apple and citrus notes. Herbs and spicy flavours are complemented by a touch of cedar wood for extra complexity.

Full of aroma and flavour, Redbreast 12 Year Old benefits from a strong contribution from distillates that have matured in Oloroso sherry casks, giving it its trademark Christmas-cake character.

Nose: A rich infusion of pot still spices and Spanish oak with the controlled influence of Oloroso Sherry allow deep darker fruits, prunes, dates and figs to mingle with licorice, marzipan, toasted oak and the typical Redbreast spices. Taste: Creamy pot still mouth feel is round and sweet with familiar Redbreast style spices balanced with the richness of the sherry finish and the contribution of fresh Spanish oak. Finish: Endless. The vines have grown on the Lohrer Berg site where soils are a blend of pebbles, clay and loess. This wine possesses a delicate, refreshing citrus bouquet and lively acidity.

Bernkasteler Badstube Riesling Beerenauslese smells of liqueur-like, jellied, vanilla- and chocolate-covered purple plums and black cherries. The implosive palate concentration though is simply beyond “liqueur-like” and into realms I can’t recall. Strong brown spices, herbal concentrates add complexity and a buttery, creamy texture does not prevent this wine from preserving the most remarkable clarity of jellied pit fruit concentration, photo-electric brilliance of fruit acids lighting the way to an endless finish.

Fermentation with grapes' own “wild” yeast in a stainless-steel tank took 9 months. Very concentrated golden fruits and honey notes; very elegant. Ageing potential of 30+ years.
