This authentic Belgian beer, whose tinge of fresh yeast is associated with a light rosy flowery touch, is particularly pleasant. Its aroma, perceived as one enjoys it, only accents the delightful sensations revealed by the odour, all revealing a light but agreeable caramelized note. This beer is often cellared for many years by beer enthusiasts around the world. This top fermented Trappist beer is refermented in the bottle and is neither filtered nor pasteurized.

Included in this pack is: 1 x Chimay Blue , (spicy aromas and caramel flavour), 1 x Chimay Red Cap (slight bitter note, smooth on palate), 1 x Chimay White Cap(flavours of muscat grapes and raisins from the hops-nicely balanced) plus 1 glass.

The Chimay White has a golden colour, a slightly hazy appearance and a fine head. Its aroma is the result of an agreeable combination of fresh hops and yeast. The beer’s flavour comes from the smell of hops: above all it is the fruity notes of muscat and raisins that gives this beer a particularly attractive aroma. The aroma complements a touch of bitterness. There is no acidity, but an after-bitterness which melts in the mouth.

Duchesse Chocolate Cherry is a refreshing cherry ale maturated in oak casks with addition of 200 gram per litre of only whole cherries and natural cocoa.

Soft amber in color, with an aroma of sweet rye grassiness upfront, followed by hints of citrus and apple. Flavor notes of toasted oak, butterscotch, vanilla wafers and a soft hint of pepper that leads to a beautiful, sweet and complex finish with a creamy mouth feel.

Mash Bill: 80% Corn, 10% Rye, and 10% Malted Barley. Gold in color, with an aroma of toasted oak and sweet corn with a hint of citrus and apple. Flavour notes of sweet-toasted maple, roasted creme brulee, and subtle hints of a granny smith apple and caramel lead to a very balanced, long, soft, and slightly sweet finish.

On the nose you'll find a pleasant molasses aroma coupled with some fruit-think ripe cherries and apples. Some oak notes are also found, but in more of a supporting role. The rum is rather elegant on the palate and is neither drying or oily. It's modestly sweet and has a nice tang to it which helps to balance the flavours. The finish also shows more influence of the oak offering up a bittersweet finish.

Belgian White (Wheat) Beer fermented with 30% pure strawberries, no additives or preservatives. Very traditional as Belgians have been brewing with fruit since before the discovery of hops. Gentleman Jack is charcoal mellowed before going into the barrel. It receives an additional “blessing” when it is charcoal mellowed again after reaching maturity, giving it ultimate smoothness. Gentleman Jack is full-bodied with fruit and spices, and its finish is silky, warm, and pleasant.

Vinho is fully matured in used American oak wine barrels that have been toasted and re-charred in a way that brings out fruity vanilla notes from the wood into the whisky overlaid on a delicate background of complex fruitiness. It has a complex and multi-dimensional background of pepper, spice, dates and other fruits, such as ripe melon and mango together with kiwi and a delicate blend of bursting citrus fruits.
