On the nose you'll find a pleasant molasses aroma coupled with some fruit-think ripe cherries and apples. Some oak notes are also found, but in more of a supporting role. The rum is rather elegant on the palate and is neither drying or oily. It's modestly sweet and has a nice tang to it which helps to balance the flavours. The finish also shows more influence of the oak offering up a bittersweet finish.

This melt-in-the-mouth malt has the most profound flavours crashing in like waves. At first, the delivery feels sublimely silky and studded with oak-like honey. Matured in American Virgin Oak casks and then finished in ex-Bourbon casks. Aromas of liquorice, gentle beeswax, honey on crisp toast, and tender notes of vanilla. Flavours of coffee mocha, orange peel and delicate spice float on active tannins while gentle oils enjoy gifts of dark cocoa tones.

Paul John XO is made from the famed Ugni Blanc and the rich Bangalore purple grape. The brandy is matured in specially selected, medium toasted new French limousine oak barrels. With gentle honey aromas, orange zest and a touch of herbs that enhance the tender raisin and sweet oak flavours, the exotic Paul John XO is matured and distilled in Goa.

This Barbados rum has been aged in Bourbon barrels before shipping to France for secondary maturation in Cognac casks from the Ferrand House. The result is a well balanced rum with a long finish, with a palate of chocolate, banana, coconut and mango.

A very fine blend of Barbados rums, aged for five years in bourbon casks in the Caribbean then refined in old French oak casks at Château de Bonbonnet. Its succulent nose, typical of the Barbados style, reveals notes of toasted coconut, fudge and oaky vanilla.

On the nose, tropical fruity notes with added hints of blackberry and plum followed by a faint hint of tobacco and spices. Vevety taste profile with manuka honey sweetness with spicy oak and vanilla nuances.
