Lush tropical fruit and spice on the nose with hints of honey and dark sugar. Round, mellow, full-bodied palate with rich flavours of fruit and spice. The finish is delightful, elegant and dry.

Full nose packed with dark coffee, candied orange, almonds, dark chocolate, pepper and vanilla. Flavours of grilled tropical fruit with smooth oaky spice – moderately full-bodied.

On the nose you'll find a pleasant molasses aroma coupled with some fruit-think ripe cherries and apples. Some oak notes are also found, but in more of a supporting role. The rum is rather elegant on the palate and is neither drying or oily. It's modestly sweet and has a nice tang to it which helps to balance the flavours. The finish also shows more influence of the oak offering up a bittersweet finish.

This is a premium blend of select single estate rums, distilled, Bourbon barrel-aged and blended on the East Bank of the Demerara River in the lush tropical Caribbean country of Guyana.  An explosion of banana, vanilla, shortbread, candied almonds and toasted oat aromas. Additional notes of dark brown sugar and island spices (nutmeg, clove and cinnamon), vanilla bean, cocoa, dark honey, caramel and oak. Hints of English toffee, dried fruits (especially Sultana raisins, dates and apricots), dark bitter semi-sweet chocolate and a nice heavily steeped tea finish. An explosion of banana, vanilla, shortbread, candied almonds and toasted oat aromas.

Pale Gold colour leads way to aromas of fresh tropical fruitiness, vanilla, coconut and spices. The palate is softwith a well-balanced natural sweetness, vanilla and oak spices.

Matured in top quality edition Oloroso sherry casks, Kavalan Solist Oloroso Sherry is bottled at the distillery, without any colouring or chill-filtration. It is a naturally smooth and rich whisky with a complex character. Clean and complex with multiple layers of dried fruit, nuttiness and spices, it has some marzipan and vanilla touches to it as well. Palate: Rich, oily and full, with pleasant dried fruit and spices that linger on in the mouth plus a hint of fine coffee.

Vinho is fully matured in used American oak wine barrels that have been toasted and re-charred in a way that brings out fruity vanilla notes from the wood into the whisky overlaid on a delicate background of complex fruitiness. It has a complex and multi-dimensional background of pepper, spice, dates and other fruits, such as ripe melon and mango together with kiwi and a delicate blend of bursting citrus fruits. A rich fusion of vanilla and caramelized sugars with dark chocolate on top. Pepper is also present in the background waiting to be noticed. This bouquet is simply a sensational feast to your olfactory organ.

Crafted from a blend of intense & aromatic rums and finished in deeply charred bourbon casks. The taste is bold and aromatic with notes of gingerbread, lychee and toffee with a long finish.

Golden amber in colour, floral and fruity notes of apricot and banana, with hints of vanilla and a subtle smokiness imparted by the Kentucky oak barrels in which the rum is patiently aged.

This Barbados rum has been aged in Bourbon barrels before shipping to France for secondary maturation in Cognac casks from the Ferrand House. The result is a well balanced rum with a long finish, with a palate of chocolate, banana, coconut and mango.

A very fine blend of Barbados rums, aged for five years in bourbon casks in the Caribbean then refined in old French oak casks at Château de Bonbonnet. Its succulent nose, typical of the Barbados style, reveals notes of toasted coconut, fudge and oaky vanilla.
