A blend of L'Acadie and Chardonnay grapes. In the glass, a pale golden colour with a straw hue. On the nose suggestions of smoke and lemon rind with strong sea minerals undertones. The palate is luscious with vibrant notes of lime blossom and hints of smoke.

Soft salmon with a light pink hue. On the nose, notes of peaches, apricot and key lime unite with floral overtones of rosewater and white flowers. On the palate, the wine displays suggestions of ripe papayas, lemon zest, and a delicate level of sweetness in perfect harmony with its bright and crisp character.

Deep, assertive and highly flavoured. Very fragrant with herbal sharpness. At the finish there is a softness and elegance. A most complex, unusual spirit.

Ultra-premium aged Old Rum is crafted from the same blend of ingredients as in our flagship Gosling's Black Seal Rum, but it is aged longer in oak, to create an unusual richness and complexity. It is subtle, complex and has nuances of vanilla, stewed fruit, a touch of cigar box and leather.
