Las Lamas comes from 3 plots, between 60 and 100 years, situated on the same estate. The vines grow on steep slopes and on slate soils, cultivated following the principles of Biodynamic agriculture. The winemaking process is carried out in large wooden vats, without large extractions and treading the grapes with a press, allowing them to ferment with native yeasts. The wine is then decanted into French oak barrels, where it undergoes malolactic fermentation and is then aged.

Monkey 47 is a batch distilled and handcrafted gin from Germany’s Black Forest, and was created with the use of 47 ingredients. Clear with a silvery, glycerous appearance. Crisp and fresh on the nose. The initial perfumed burst is of sweet berry / juniper and assorted fresh citrus peel; further aeration releases pine needle, lavender and clove-like scents.

This off-dry Riesling is light straw in colour with pronounced peach, citrus and white flower aromas. It's a light-bodied wine with slight, ripe fruit sweetness balanced by crisp, refreshing acidity, and a hint of minerality.

The stemmed grapes are crushed softly by a light maceration before going to press. Only free-run juice was used. This attractive wine was powered by the wish to produce a subtle fruity, floral and dry Rose.

It has quartz-like texture, nimble vibrant in a mixture where the juice of white fruits such as the green crunchy pear, white peach, and magnolia give was to multiple variations which awaken our senses. An impressive verticality and a creamy liquid, gathered with an acid and decisive refining vigour.

Naturally cloudy and shining silky gold in the glass under a really strong head of foam. At the first mouthful there is a mild aroma of banana. 100% Tempranillo named after the winery’s founder, from perhaps the most carefully-tended Pradorey single vineyard, currently being converted to organic status. Temperature-controlled fermentation, aged in 12 months in French and Slavonian oak barrels, then a further 3 months in Nevers oak vats. Colour is dark cherry -red, deep, yet bright. Intense red fruit aromas mingle with vanilla and licorice. Tasty, fresh, with ripe fruit and velvety tannins, Pleasant mouthfeel, very elegant finish.
