This beer is often cellared for many years by beer enthusiasts around the world. This top fermented Trappist beer is refermented in the bottle and is neither filtered nor pasteurized.

Included in this pack is: 1 x Chimay Blue , (spicy aromas and caramel flavour), 1 x Chimay Red Cap (slight bitter note, smooth on palate), 1 x Chimay White Cap(flavours of muscat grapes and raisins from the hops-nicely balanced) plus 1 glass.

The Chimay White has a golden colour, a slightly hazy appearance and a fine head. Its aroma is the result of an agreeable combination of fresh hops and yeast. The beer’s flavour comes from the smell of hops: above all it is the fruity notes of muscat and raisins that gives this beer a particularly attractive aroma. The aroma complements a touch of bitterness. There is no acidity, but an after-bitterness which melts in the mouth.

Established in 1240 by the fathers of the Abbey of Notre Dame de Leffe, it is made from a blend of 8 of Europe's finest malts, creating the world's leading Abbey beer.

Royal Tokaji's 1st growth Nyulaszo vineyard is the benchmark for quality. As in all aszu wines, the three grape varieties are Furmint, Harslevelu and Muscat de Lunel. The characteristics are a vivid gold colour with honeyed apricot and orange peel flavours which are uplifted with dramatic acidity.
