This authentic Belgian beer, whose tinge of fresh yeast is associated with a light rosy flowery touch, is particularly pleasant. Its aroma, perceived as one enjoys it, only accents the delightful sensations revealed by the odour, all revealing a light but agreeable caramelized note. This beer is often cellared for many years by beer enthusiasts around the world. This top fermented Trappist beer is refermented in the bottle and is neither filtered nor pasteurized.

Included in this pack is: 1 x Chimay Blue , (spicy aromas and caramel flavour), 1 x Chimay Red Cap (slight bitter note, smooth on palate), 1 x Chimay White Cap(flavours of muscat grapes and raisins from the hops-nicely balanced) plus 1 glass.

The Chimay White has a golden colour, a slightly hazy appearance and a fine head. Its aroma is the result of an agreeable combination of fresh hops and yeast. The beer’s flavour comes from the smell of hops: above all it is the fruity notes of muscat and raisins that gives this beer a particularly attractive aroma. The aroma complements a touch of bitterness. There is no acidity, but an after-bitterness which melts in the mouth.

Coruba Original is a dark rum, heavily aged in charred oak barrels with caramel added for colour and flavour. It’s full-bodied with robust flavours and hints of spices. Don Papa Rum is made using sugar cane grown on the island. Aged for over 7 years in American oak barrels before being charcoal filtered, Don Papa is light and fruity on the nose while smooth and delicate on the palate with flavours of vanilla, honey and candied fruits with a long textured finish.

Duchesse Chocolate Cherry is a refreshing cherry ale maturated in oak casks with addition of 200 gram per litre of only whole cherries and natural cocoa.

Leffe Blonde boasts a sunny golden colour with a spicy, faintly clove-live aroma and full-bodied delicate sweetness and flavour balance. Established in 1240 by the fathers of the Abbey of Notre Dame de Leffe, it is made from a blend of 8 of Europe's finest malts, creating the world's leading Abbey beer.

Beer of spontaneous fermentation. Lindemans Kriek is made from one-year-old oak-aged lambic and pure cherry juice. Red, slightly cloudy colour. Deliciously fruity with the fresh flavour of freshly picked sour cherries. Its sharp and full-bodied flavour gives way to a perfect balance between sweet and sour.

Aromas of blackstrap molasses, hints of coffee, celery, allspice, hazelnut, and toffee with a subtle layer of ripe pineapple. On the palate, buttery upon entry and followed by sweet sugar cane, caramel, tobacco, leather, honey, dark chocolate with elements of raisin and fig. The finish has a decadent dark chocolate character with brown sugar and smokiness with underlying oak notes.

Crafty Radler includes a mix of house-made Blood Orange and Peach craft soda. It exhibits a natural cloudy pale orange colour. This mixture gives off a refreshing smell of ripe, freshly sliced peaches with sweet notes of fresh picked oranges. There is also a slight lingering aroma of Willamette hops that create the base of this blend. The orange flavour dances with the sweetness of peaches, while the malt and hops give a balanced foundation.

Our Crafty Radler includes a mix of ale and grapefruit and tangerine soda; It exhibits a natural cloudy pink colour.  Refreshing aromas of ripe, freshly sliced grapefruit, ripe tangerine and a hint of Willamette hops. The flavour dances with the sweetness of tangerines, while the malt and hops give a balanced foundation.
