Suisun (su-soon) Valley is known for delicious stone fruits and walnuts; increasingly it is also gaining recognition for its wine. Durif is synonymous with Petite Sirah, the widely grown grape in the region. We added Grand to the name of our Suisun-grown Durif because it has a grand style. The 2016 vintage shows aromas of dark plums,  baked blueberries, scents of lavender, white rose petals, sweet smoke and brown spice.  On the palate, lush tannins in balance with dark berry cobbler and cocoa.

Regal red in colour. Plush and evocative on the nose with aromas of beef - ribs cooked over an open fire with notes of potpourri and dark plum. This wine is a striking combination, highly structured yet featuring extravagant flavours of dark fruit.

The Indian Wells Cabernet is a warm climate, ripe, jammy "New World" style of Cabernet Sauvignon. Dark fruit aromas and flavours with hints of vanilla.

This authentic Belgian beer, whose tinge of fresh yeast is associated with a light rosy flowery touch, is particularly pleasant. Its aroma, perceived as one enjoys it, only accents the delightful sensations revealed by the odour, all revealing a light but agreeable caramelized note. This beer is often cellared for many years by beer enthusiasts around the world. This top fermented Trappist beer is refermented in the bottle and is neither filtered nor pasteurized.

Included in this pack is: 1 x Chimay Blue , (spicy aromas and caramel flavour), 1 x Chimay Red Cap (slight bitter note, smooth on palate), 1 x Chimay White Cap(flavours of muscat grapes and raisins from the hops-nicely balanced) plus 1 glass.

The Chimay White has a golden colour, a slightly hazy appearance and a fine head. Its aroma is the result of an agreeable combination of fresh hops and yeast. The beer’s flavour comes from the smell of hops: above all it is the fruity notes of muscat and raisins that gives this beer a particularly attractive aroma. The aroma complements a touch of bitterness. There is no acidity, but an after-bitterness which melts in the mouth.

Chocolate Shop marries fine wine and rich, velvety chocolate to create an indulgent wine experience like no other. Inviting aromas of black cherry and dark chocolate entwine and continue on the palate surrounded by hints of cocoa powder. Nuances of red wine and residual sugar linger on the smooth finish.

Opaque purple core with bright reddish purple rim. Syrupy nose, with lots of vanilla, and ripe dark fruit, and some cedar coming in from behind. After a while, I noted some nutmeg aroma. This wine was medium bodied, dry, with supple tannins and silky smooth mouth feel. Dark plum, ripe dark fruit and chocolate with a slightly puckering finish. Medium plus length.

The dark, rich core of the 2015 Continuum has aromas of cacao, black currant, cardamom and savoury wild herb. On the palate it is layered and supple, revealing black cherry and roast espresso notes intertwined with mountain minerals and a hint of tangy orange spice. The wine is lush with ripe chocolatey tannins that lead to a long, expressive finish. 2015, though small in volume, is a mighty vintage for Continuum; one to savour today or age and appreciate for decades to come.

Conundrum Red Blend has a nose that is almost floral, with tones of lavender, dried berries, baking chocolate, bacon bits. Aromas are rich, velvety and wonderfully appealing. Silky round entry with acid to balance and high fruit concentration. The nose leaves no doubt about the seriousness of this wine. The palate is fruit driven both before and after the high tannin middle core. The finish is long, not drying of tannin, and beckons a second sip.

Explore this puzzling wine as rich aromas of honeysuckle escape from the glass, followed by hints of peach, vanilla and citrus notes. On the palate, lush tropical flavours of melon, pineapple and pear are matched with crisp lemon zest and hints of grapefruit. Black Forest is a dark, decadent red blend from Cupcake Vineyards. Rich flavours of blackberry and dark cherry with hints of mocha and spice, this wine has a silky, luxurious finish.

Our full and elegantly textured Chardonnay has decadent levels of butter, cream, bright citrus and vanilla. These layers melt into a balance of oak and subtle spice.

Flavours of pineapple and ripe pear. A portion of the wine was aged in oak to impart subtle notes of toasted oak and vanilla.

Red Velvet is a blend of classic red varietals with Zinfandel as a base. Subtle subtle aromas and flavours of chocolate with mocha notes, red and blackberry fruits and a hint of coconut.

Ripe flavours of blackberry, blueberry and black cherry, complemented by raspberry and strawberry. Spicy notes of black pepper and vanilla add layers and allow fruits to be the star.

As its name suggests a chocolate and cherry beer. This beer is an ode to Belgian know-how. We are known and recognized for our delicious beers and exquisite chocolates. Duchesse Chocolate Cherry is a refreshing cherry ale maturated in oak casks with addition of 200 gram per litre of only whole cherries and natural cocoa.

Aged a total of 24 months. The nose offers an explosion of dark fruit with decadent aromas of raspberry-filled chocolates, black currant, mulberry and huckleberry jam, as well as more savory notes of cedar and spice. The finish is of good length with toasty oak notes and a creamy sweetness.

Mash Bill: 80% Corn, 10% Rye, and 10% Malted Barley. Gold in color, with an aroma of toasted oak and sweet corn with a hint of citrus and apple. Flavour notes of sweet-toasted maple, roasted creme brulee, and subtle hints of a granny smith apple and caramel lead to a very balanced, long, soft, and slightly sweet finish.

Superbly rich fruit, soft tannins and dark colour. Exhibits aromas of mahogany smoke, leather and brown spice, while earthy flavours intertwine with caramelized plum.

With a light straw colour, this wine opens with the soft aromas of melon and white peach, with an underlying note of pantry spice. On the palate, it offers a flinty first impression, evoking the freshness of summer rain hitting pavement. An initial tartness quickly dissipates, yielding to the wine's minerality. Our Gewürztraminer is rich and complex. It is made with a traditional taste profile, so it is just a bit sweet with crisp acidity. There are aromas of tangerine, mango and orange spice, joined by pineapple, baked pear and a bit of cinnamon.
