Rich full bodied rum with aromas of toasted almond and delicate hazelnut followed by notes of intense orange peel, rich vanilla and subtle hints of medium roasted coffee and molasses.

Aged first in American white oak Bourbon casks and then finished in used in Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky barrels. Delicate spiced fruit twisted with dried honeyed raisins, caramel, vanilla with overtone of oak finishing with orange. Long finish honeyed with hints of nuts and spice.

Powerful yet with delicate citrus, spice and woody notes. You'll discover mellow orange peel, deep vanilla, rich nutmeg, warm coffee and cocoa notes. The finish is long with a brown sugar sweetness that does not claw at the palate.

Crafted with Jamaican limestone-filtered water, with no added flavours. This is a blend of pot and column still rums which have been aged for an average of 4 years. The first nosing passes find gentle scents of light spice and brown sugar; aeration reveals solid aromas of molasses and buttered toast. The palate entry is delicious, rich and toasty; the midpalate features elegant flavours of toasted honey-wheat bread, honey and refined sugar. The finish is more bittersweet than sweet.

A four-grain, high-rye straight bourbon whiskey aged for a minimum of 4 years in virgin American oak barrels. Notes of honeysuckle and citrus which are balanced by a bright, seamless acidity.

The nose is fruity. Notes of molasses and spice. The palate is fruity and a little spirity. There are notes of banana and Demerara as well as spice and a little oak. The finish is long and spiced.
