This wine is aged in American oak barrels for 24 months and then for an extended period in bottle. Tignanello is made primarily with Sangiovese and a small percentage of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. The 2018 is a deeply intense ruby red colour. On the nose, it's remarkably complex notes of ripe red fruits, black cherries and sour cherries that merge with sweet hints of vanilla, mint and white pepper. The palate is rich, elegant and well - balanced.

Tignanello 2019 is a deep ruby red colour. It's nose offers exceptional complexity with notes of red fruits, strawberries, pomegranate, apricots, peaches in syrup, vanilla, dried flowers, chocolate, nutmeg, coffee, caramel and Mediterranean herbs. On the palate silky, vibrant tannins, roasted coffee, bitter chocolate with a lengthy finish.

This Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc blend has and intense ruby red colour. On the nose you find hints of black currant, blueberry and jam prunes, that blend perfectly with elegant notes of tobacco and licorice. Mellow tannins.

Rich morello cherry and plum flavours are accented by mint, orange peel and sassafras notes in this expressive red, which has soft tannins, juicy acidity and smoky finish.

This is another typical aspect of this wine which has evolved during its time in the barrel and the bottle. Smooth mouth-feel, with sweet, polished tannins. Artas has a bright, deep, ruby red colour; a very pronounced, complex and ethereal bouquet with strong hints of fruits of the forest in perfect balance with sweet balsamic notes and the aroma of roasted coffee. All flavours reach their climax in a voluptuous and lively way, a liquid sustained by the vegetal fibre of complete maturity and fineness given during its wood rest.

Grapes of Garnacha from small plots with low yields are hand-picked and fermented separately in small vats, then transferred into French oak barrels to stay for 6 months to complete its ageing procedure. It has a typical, distinctive and complex bouquet with hints of cherry conserve and vanilla, balsamic, floral and ripe fruit notes. The flavour is dry, warm and concentrated with an elegant, spicy (black pepper), toasty, lingering aftertaste. Particularly robust and rich, it can keep for a long time and still improve.

Ruby-red with garnet highlights, aromas of withered roses, violets, tobacco, underbrush, spices, and a slight touch of vanilla. Dense, closely-woven tannins show on the palate, which starts out smooth, almost velvety, and then explodes with fruit, nicely balanced by a sharp freshness.

Castelgiocondo Brunello is a lively, luminous ruby -red colour with vermillion highlights. The nose offers a melange of berries, among which, blackberry dominates with floral notes of violets. Spicy black pepper and cardamom, followed by fresh notes of juniper, and toasted coffee and hazelnuts. The texture is dense with elegant tannins, full bodied. The finish is very long and warm; spicy notes are joined by equally intense fruity notes.

Aged 24 months in oak barrels, the Antano Reserva from Rioja displays a beautifully dark garnet with ruby glints. Enticing aromas such as vanilla, spices and assorted black fruit lead. In the glass, this wine opens up to reveal savoury blackberry flavours, complexity and silky tannins. This is a very good value in a traditionally styled Rioja.

A deep, thick ebony colour. Warm aromas of raisins and notes of roast coffee beans and spices. Very sweet, fresh and silky on the palate. A perfect dessert wine for drinking on its own, over vanilla ice cream or with dark chocolate.

Shiny golden yellow colour. Ample ripe fruit aroma with typical floral characters of Moscatel grapes with balanced notes thanks to the contribution of Chardonnay in the blend. Perfect aperitif or serve with grilled salmon served with a mango salsa.

Merlot and Corvina grapes were hand harvested and fermentation occurred in barrels. Flavours of crushed black raspberry, black cherry, and plum compote. Very solid structure due to the elevated alcohol and the balance between soft tannins and acidity. Great with roasted meats, game, and mature hard cheese.

This 100% Sangiovese wine has been aged 12 months in French oak barrels and barriques, followed by a period of bottle aging. Intense ruby red colour. Fruity bouquet with red berry notes. Very well structured, mellow, long-lasting flavour with smooth, velvety tannins.

Rich, powerful and voluminous on the attack, a huge mouthful of crème-de-cassis concentration, silken and juicy in the mid-palate with excellent length and persistence. Cedar, tobacco and spice hints frame dried cherry, berry and vanilla notes in this silky red. The flavours mingle nicely, framed by juicy acidity and light but firm tannins. The wine has a lovely weightless intensity. A fine example of the traditional style.

Las Lamas comes from 3 plots, between 60 and 100 years, situated on the same estate. The vines grow on steep slopes and on slate soils, cultivated following the principles of Biodynamic agriculture. The winemaking process is carried out in large wooden vats, without large extractions and treading the grapes with a press, allowing them to ferment with native yeasts. The wine is then decanted into French oak barrels, where it undergoes malolactic fermentation and is then aged.

Garnacha Tintorera is known for its deep colour and here it coats the glass and imparts aromas of brooding black fruits, licorice, expresso and pepper. Dense, savoury and rich.

Deep black-cherry colour, almost opaque. Very elegant, complex nose, with aromas of black fruit and lots of spice. It is smooth and round in the mouth, with tannins which are firm, yet silky and very sweet and which envelop the whole palate. The finish is lingering, fresh and balanced with a hint of fine elegant tannins.

Cherry-red colour with good robe. Spicy, balsamic aromas of great complexity, with notes of ripe dark berries and light toasted nuances. On the palate it is full and tasty, with good structure and rounded, elegant tannins. The finish is long and fresh, with a slight reminder of the fine oak. This wine goes well with ham, mild cheeses, casseroles which are not highly spiced, bean and pulse dishes, poultry, red meat, grills and roasts. Best served at between 16º and 18ºC.

A blend of Corvina and Rondinella grapes. Aromas of berry fruit, preserves and vanilla. Rich and full bodied on the palate with baked fruit and hints of cocoa and vanilla.
