Outstanding nose on one of the newest award-winning Black Sage Vineyard releases - dominant blackcurrant and cherry. Great length with black fruits continuing to the last - this wine will continue to develop and improve in the next few years. Enjoy this luscious wine with fine beef cuisine. Excellent when accompanied by roasted beets shared with a tomato balsamic reduction. This wine would benefit from pairing with an aged goat's cheese or Balderson cheddar.

The 100% Chardonnay grapes were hand-sorted and whole bunch pressed. The wine was 100% stainless steel tank fermented and did not undergo malolactic conversion. The wine underwent weekly lees stirring for three weeks post ferment. The wine was not exposed to oak treatment. No fining. Subtle pineapple and lemon greet the nose; on the palate apple, citrus, lime and peach notes.

The 100% Riesling grapes from The View vineyards in East Kelowna were hand sorted and whole bunch pressed. Fermentation occurred in two different tanks at different temperatures with different yeast strains for complexity. One wine was fermented dry while the other wines’ fermentation was stopped leaving some residual sugar. The batches were then blended to balance the sweetness and acidity. Aromas of white flower and honey-crisp apple lead way to flavours of Jasmine, lime and mineral notes.

The Syrah grapes used to make this rose are from a sport overlooking the lake between Penticton and OK Falls. This wine was entirely whole bunch pressed with little to no skin contact before it was gently pressed out creating a light pink color. Aromas of watermelon, rhubarb and red berries lead way to flavours of strawberry, cranberry and candied Meyer lemon.

Bright red cherries, cedar and sweet vanilla. This is a juicy, full-bodied wine with plum, raspberry and subtle clove flavours and a persistent finish.

This red is a blend of Cabernet Franc and Merlot grapes. Ageing occurred in American and French oak before blending. Aromas and flavours of blackberry, raspberry, vanilla, red current and cedar. Very smooth finish.

This white is a blend of Ortega, Ehrenfelser, Chardonnay and Riesling grapes. Aromas and flavours of apricot, pear, lemon, and melon.

Deep, assertive and highly flavoured. Very fragrant with herbal sharpness. At the finish there is a softness and elegance. A most complex, unusual spirit.

Yellow green in hue, this wine has distinctive and powerful aromas of herbal spice, fresh melon and ripe peaches. The flavours are exceptionally complex, showing notes of lychee, melon, tropical fruits and even a suggestion of Earl Grey tea. The finish is crisp and fresh, with notes of spice that linger on the palate. Serve chilled, this wine is appealing on its own, with salads or Asian cuisines.

Aromatic with hints of oak, tobacco leaf, sweet spice, dark plum, and black cherry. Lovely notes of black coffee, cocoa, blackberry and spice linger in the finish.

Pale lemon in colour, this wine had an intense aroma of pink grapefruit, pineapple, and flavours of citrus fruits and apricots. Lively and piquant, this wine is refreshingly zesty and clean. It is a versatile partner to seafood, pasta with cream sauce, white meats, and cheeses such as Parmigiano.

Burgundy in colour, this wine has a fine aroma of black berries and rose petals. There is a hint of raspberry in the flavour. Decanting this wine brings out the characteristic silky texture of Pinot Noir. Served slightly cool, this is excellent with salmon as well as red meats and cheese.

Non carbonated black tea, hint of sweet well balanced with nice mouth feel and light caramel colour, nice raspberry peach lemon aroma and balanced acidity.

Pineapple, apricot and coconut mingle on the palate with hints of orange blossom and almond. Rich and refreshing, the tropical notes are balanced by crisp acidity and flavours of lemon, lime and tangerine. The Reserve Chardonnay has been partially barrel fermented and aged sur lie in American and French oak for seven months.

The Reserve Merlot opens with an intense, deep nose filled with aromas of plum, blackberry, anise and mocha. The palate is lush and rich revealing similar flavours along with subtle hints of dried tobacco, sage and earth. The fine grained, dusty tannins support the rich fruit, and the finish is filled with notes of espresso, cocoa and licorice. The Reserve Merlot has been aged in American and French oak for 12 months.
