We'd be hard pressed to find a treat as tasty as a peanut butter cookie. But we came close when we took the sweet, creamy flavour of peanut butter and blended it perfectly with our smooth whiskey. It's a delicious sipper.

Three Swallow is made from a mash of malted and unmalted barley, then triple distilled in traditional copper pot stills. Matured in mainly 2nd and 3rd fill American oak casks. Pot Still spice combines with crisp barley character. Delicate herbs give way to green banana and grapefruit while a nutty note of marzipan reflects the wood contribution of specially selected casks. An initial taste delivers smooth mouth-coating barley followed by an eruption of green apple and citrus notes. Herbs and spicy flavours are complemented by a touch of cedar wood for extra complexity.

Founded by CEO Connor McGregor, the name from the district of Dublin he grew up in. It's a blend of triple distilled single malt, Irish grain spirit, and matured in bourbon barrels. The aroma is charred oak, vanilla, honey with flavours of chocolate and rip green apple and a soft finish. Enjoy it straight up or with your favourite mixer.

This is a blend of 70% Single Malt and 30% Single Pot Still whiskeys. Zesty spice aromas, with black pepper and peach notes. The pot still spice comes through on the palate, with dark chocolate and bourbon oak notes. The finish lingers pleasantly with hints of oak and butterscotch.

The Kraken is crafted from aged Caribbean rum and blended with a secret mix of spices including vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and clove. Named after the beast of legend, this spiced rum is dark, smooth and bold. Aromas and flavours of toffee, allspice, cove, vanilla, ginger and peppercorns.

The early floral yet biscuit flavour reflects the grain whiskey, while the soft spicy notes can be attributed to the pot still whiskey in the blend. The citrus flavour is contributed by the malt. Finally notice the nutty or even marzipan note combined with distinctive vanilla in the finish imparted by the sherry and bourbon casks used in maturation.
