An ultra-aged tequila, 100% from blue agave, created from a perfect selection of raw material to commemorate the tradition and history of Jose Cuervo. The agaves used to produce it are harvested in full maturity and come from a single crop field. The tequila is first aged in French and American oak barrels. Komos Añejo Cristalino is aged for a minimum of one year in French oak white wine barrels, then dripped through activated charcoal to refine and remove impurities, resulting in a crystal-clear, perfectly smooth tequila. This expression is made using perfectly ripe 100% Blue Weber Agave, hand-harvested from the distinct terroirs of both the highlands and lowlands of the Tequila Valley in Jalisco. The piñas are roasted in traditional stone ovens, and the aguamiel is naturally fermented and twice distilled in copper pot stills. After aging in the finest barrels, the final touch is gentle aeration which is the winemaking technique of tumbling the liquid to take on oxygen to make the mouthfeel softer and smoother, while adding a richness and roundness. Aromas of tropical fruits, citrus zest, white florals and vanillas. Pineapple, miso, stone fruit and lime on the palate with a delicate sweetness in the finish.

This unoaked chardonnay is aged completely in stainless steel tanks. Light and fresh. Crisp notes of green apple, peach and citrus are found on the nose, with a lively acidity on the palate.

La Gritona Reposado has rested for 8 months in oak. the taste is herbaceous, with agave notes, and the finish is round with no burn.

The Cabernet Franc Icewine has a rich, aromatic nose of strawberry, cranberry and cherry. The palate has deeper, more complex flavours of pepper that balances the sweetness. This sweet wine is well balanced with good acidity in the finish. Serve chilled to approximately 12C. Food pairing: This rich Cabernet Franc Icewine is excellent on its own to complete any meal! If you are pairing it with food, try it with a fresh strawberry tart, cherry cheesecake or chocolate mousse.
