Finally, this wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in the barrel room, which stabilizes its red colour and enhances its firm tannic finish. This Cabernet Franc is best served with pasta or red sauce, barbecued foods, roast beef or lamb.

This Euro-Style Pilsner is golden in colour. It has a sweet malt balance with a refreshing bitterness from the Saaz hops.

This red blend has a medium to full-bodied mouth-feel with soft yet drying tannins and bold, fruit-forward flavours of blueberry, black cherry, black currant and sweet spice. Notes of black tea, black currant, blackberry, spice, cocoa powder and sweet vanilla linger on the finish.
