A full-bodied wine with bramble and plum characters, Birdman Cabernet Sauvignon has a rich palate packed with a juicy fruit and a lingering finish.

Our Sauvignon Blanc is seductive on the nose with a wide range of aromas such as white peach, pineapple, and citrus. The palate is fresh and balanced, with a crisp lingering finish.

This expression has spent up to 18 months finishing in Caribbean rum casks. The mingling of raw, spicy and earthy rye with the mellow sweetness of rum finishing creates an incomparably smooth whiskey. Aromas of citrus, caramel candy, maple sugar, vanilla, oak, hazelnut, spice and sherry wood. On the palate: sweet rum, sherry wood, and soft oak. A sweet/dry finish.

Gold colour with amber hues. Notes of toasted nuts with smokey undertones, spices and ripe fruit. The finish is clean, smooth and long.

Copper in colour, this bourbon has a deeply mellow, richly flavourful, medium-bodied taste with a delicious caramel aroma full of fruit and vanilla.

Very intense and fruity aromas with notes of forest fruit, combined with spicy notes such as pink peppercorn, bay leaf, rosemary, black truffle, and subtle aromas of roasted coffee bean imparted by ageing in French oak. Basil Hayden toast is dark amber in colour with aromas and flavours of toasted oak that are complemented by dried fruit and caramelized sugar.

This expression was created from a mash that by law had to be no lower than 51% rye; following distillation it was aged in new charred oak barrels for 10 years. The result is aromas of sweet vanilla, oak and a touch of light fruit are followed by the taste is of spice, oak, hints of caramel, tobacco and warm cinnamon.

Blade and Bow Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey uses a unique Solera System aging process to preserve some of the distillery’s oldest whiskey stocks. Aged in new charred American white oak barrels, this bourbon has a subtle aroma of fresh fruit and a taste that includes hints of dried apricot, ripe pear and a sweet roasted grain. The finish has notes of charred oak and warm winter spices.

This batch is made up of barrels from four production dates that were aged in four different warehouses. Amber in colour with aromas of oak, toasted nuts and vanilla. Balanced on the palate with a slight warmth.

Bulleit Bourbon is russet in colour, with a rich, oaky aroma. The unique high rye content in Bulleit Bourbon imparts a distinctively dry, clean flavour. Mellow and smooth, Bulleit Bourbon has hints of vanilla, honey and a long, smoky finish.

This Carmenere and Malbec blend is deep bluish-cherry-red in colour. Aromas of fresh forest fruits appear on the nose and are complemented by spicy notes, tobacco leaf, and black pepper, along with an elegant touch of coffee. The palate is impressive for its elegance and volume. Oak aging lends it more refinement and persistence, which foretells a long life in the cellar.

A blend of Syrah, Carignan, Grenache, Marsanne and Roussanne grapes. Granata red color. Appearing at first aromas of cassis, blueberries and raspberry accompanied by herbal and spicy notes such as rosemary, tarragon and black pepper and at the end soft mineral touches appear. On the palate it highlights its biting and vibrant acidity, which together with a juicy and fresh structure make this wine a great blend, promising a long storage in the bottle.

An intense, violet-red, our Tributo Carmenere shows tremendous intensity on the nose as well. Opens with dark fruit aromas with a touch of spice, followed by characteristic notes of the variety, such as roasted red pepper & black pepper. Very soft & silky tannins unfold on the palate, whose vibrant acidity & tremendous volume suggest good cellaring potential.

Sweet vanilla and elegant soft oak aromas. Sweet and intense combination of rich spices, cinnamon, caramel, vanilla and pepper flavours. The finish is long and warming, with a rye whisky undertone.

Distilled from wine made from neutral Pisco grapes. It is double distilled, triple filtered, and stored in stainless steel tanks. Slightly sweet with a bit grassiness.

A red wine with an intense, violet-ruby colour. The bouquet is fruity with strong plum, cherry, and mulberry notes. The aroma also has a vegetable edge of ripe red pepper, and the flavour is complex, with jams, spinach, and chocolate. Barrel aging lends this wine pleasant smoky and toast notes, bringing out its spices; texture is soft, with rounded tannins and medium body.

Carmin de Peumo is Chile's first icon Carmenere. It originates from block 32 of the Peumo Vineyard in the Cachapoal Valley. Deep, dark red colour with violet nuances. The nose is complex with mineral notes and hints of blackberries and cassis. Full, concentrated wine with a long, drawn-out finish.

The Gran Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon has been aged in French oak barrels; it shows deep red purple colour in the glass. Maipo Cabernet is characterized by scents of cassis & mint. Some dried figs & raspberry appear while the tannins are ripe & integrated. The wine is dense and concentrated with good length & the capacity to improve over the next 3-5 years.

Ruby red in color. On the nose intense aromas of cinnamon, black plum and cedar dominate with a hint of orange blossom in the background. The palette shows red cherry, raspberry and a touch of allspice. A well-integrated oak backbone is backed by fresh acidity together with soft tannins imparting excellent structure and long finish.
