With our Malbec Merlot, our winemaker explored 13 blends before arriving on this smooth, medium bodied wine and aromas of dark red berries and cherry. The combination of the dark skinned Malbec and the juicy Merlot grape creates a luscious blend that embodies the mystique of the Black Cellar.

With our Shiraz Cabernet, our winemaker explored 19 different blends until the ultimate one was achieved. The result is a smooth, full-flavoured wine with an abundance of sweet cherry, blueberry and spice aromas and flavours that embody the mystique of the Black Cellar.

Rivaner is one of the traditional grape varieties within the Black Tower family. Pale straw colour; fresh, grapey aromas with citrus and apple notes; medium-dry with floral fruit and balanced acidity.

Bree Riesling offers aromas of crisp apple, passion fruit and lime with sweet, fruity flavours of pear, peaches and nectarine. Pairs well with salads, fish, chicken, bratwurst, shellfish, ham gratin in a creamy sauce, or on its own.

Fresh, Strawberry, Plum, Medium-bodied. Germany is quickly becoming known for its soft, fruity reds and this delicious Dornfelder blend is no exception.

This classic Cabernet Merlot blend is loaded with ripe cherry and hints of raspberry. A delicious, fruit forward, nicely balanced wine with notes of black cheery, cassis and hints of liquorice.

This Pinot Grigio is pure sunlight in a glass. The fresh bouquet of peach, white flowers and hints of honey lead into a refreshing palate of apple laced with mineral and spice.

Carl Sittmann Riesling has aromas of green apples, pears, and apricots. The sweet flavours of peaches and apples are gracefully balanced by the crisp acidity keeping it refreshingly elegant and gracefully without being too sweet. Pairs well with fish, chicken, pork, bratwursts, sausages, spicy dishes, and sushi.

This Cabernet Franc has been matured in French oak for 16 months. On the nose raspberry, plum and white pepper. Flavours of red plum, cherry and a touch of herbs.

The 100% Chardonnay grapes were hand-sorted and whole bunch pressed. The wine was 100% stainless steel tank fermented and did not undergo malolactic conversion. The wine underwent weekly lees stirring for three weeks post ferment. The wine was not exposed to oak treatment. No fining. Subtle pineapple and lemon greet the nose; on the palate apple, citrus, lime and peach notes.

The Syrah grapes used to make this rose are from a sport overlooking the lake between Penticton and OK Falls. This wine was entirely whole bunch pressed with little to no skin contact before it was gently pressed out creating a light pink color. Aromas of watermelon, rhubarb and red berries lead way to flavours of strawberry, cranberry and candied Meyer lemon.

Deinhard Green Label is the flagship of the Deinhard family of Rieslings and a popular everyday classic. This medium sweet Riesling from the cool climate of the Mosel Valley in Germany has fresh citrus and green apple notes. With its versatile fruitiness and refreshing acidity it pairs perfectly with almost anything, especially shellfish, seafood and spicy foods.

This non-alcohol red wine is made from the Dornfelder grape, and has aromas and flavours of cherries and berries. Light body with a smooth flavour.

This Riesling has a delightful fruity and light white wine, which displays wonderful green apple and honeysuckle scents on the nose. The palate is rich in flavour of green and red apples in an off-dry style. It is balanced with moderate acidity.

This exceptional Spätburgunder (Pinot Noir) has a ruby red colour. The aroma conjures up sour cherries and blackberries with a note of rosemary. These fruity aromas are intensi ed on the palate and rounded off with a wonderful nish.

This red is a blend of Cabernet Franc and Merlot grapes. Ageing occurred in American and French oak before blending. Aromas and flavours of blackberry, raspberry, vanilla, red current and cedar. Very smooth finish.

This white is a blend of Ortega, Ehrenfelser, Chardonnay and Riesling grapes. Aromas and flavours of apricot, pear, lemon, and melon.
