This Pauillac Blend is comprised of 72% Cabernet Sauvignon, 22% Merlot, 4% Cabernet Franc and 2% Petit Verdot. The wine is a crimson-hued garnet red. Elegant and refined, the nose exudes floral aromas, going on with airing to develop notes of blackcurrant and liquorice root. The full and smooth attack reveals an alluring and complex array of flavours in which ripe fruit is magnificently set off by notes of toasted cereals and violet. The mid-palate is underpinned by high-quality, close-knit and creamy tannins, leading into a saline and slightly minty finish which lingers on hints of chocolate.

The 2017 Chateau Clinet 2017 AOC Pomerol Bordeaux has 92% Merlot and 8% Cabernet Sauvignon. There are layers of complexity to this wine. Possessing a deep, dark red colour. Very aromatic with floral, red berries and spices interwoven together. Very well balanced, elegant and charming!

From a structured and sappy attack, the mid-palate reveals a creamy, satin-smooth body on black fruit and chocolate flavours. Perfectly integrated, smooth and well-rounded tannins linger on a pleasant touch of fruit. Floral and liquorice notes usher in a long and elegant finish.

This Saint-Emilion blend is comprised of 70% Merlot, 21% Cabernet Franc and 9% Cabernet Sauvignon. Aging has taken place for 12 months in French oak. Inky dark in colour with aromas of dark fruit, graphite, oak, lavender, plum and blueberry jam. On the palate black fruit preserves in balance with slight earth notes.

The 2020 Faugeres from Saint Emilion has a deep garnet-purple colour. It requires some patient swirling to unlock scents of tar, forest floor, wet slate, and garrigue, before opening out to a fragrant core of baked plums and boysenberry preserves, with a waft of Indian spices. The full-bodied palate is ripe, concentrated, and fantastically bright, with unbelievable tension and freshness lifting the concentrated flavours, to a very long velvety finish.

Coming from clay, soils, the Chateau La Ribaud is a solid, attractive 2018 that has medium- bodied notes of cassis, currants, tobacco, and earth. Medium bodied with moderate tannins, and a charming, nicely balanced style.

Château Lynch-Bages 2017 has 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 24% Merlot, 4% Cabernet Franc and 2% Petit Verdot. The 2017 vintage with its deep garnet red colour and purplish - blue hues reflect the ripeness of the grape varieties in the blend. It offers a pleasant bouquet and a wonderful freshness, characteristic of the vintage. The attack is supple and rich! The taste profile reveals an array of black and red fruits with a compliment of spicy notes.

The 2017 Chateau Mouton Rothschild Premier Cru has one of the highest percentages of Cabernet Sauvignon ever at 90%, with 9% Merlot and 1% Petit Verdot. The wine presents a deep and sustained colour with garnet reflections. The nose is elegant and complex with aromas of wild berries. When aired, notes of pepper, blackcurrant buds and dried flowers bring forth a generous and harmonious aromatic sensation. The attack is fresh, clean and well structured. Fresh fruit flavours are evident in the mid - palate with a dense and fleshy texture. The fine and ripe tannins cover the palate and leave a very long impression. The well - balanced finish confirms a wine full of promise!

This is a 95% Merlot and 5% Cabernet Franc blend. It has aged for 12 mths in second fill barrels. The nose displays all the subtleties of the great Pomerol wines, mingling aromas of fresh raspberry, blackberry, black pepper, Earl Grey tea and lavender. The silky mouthfeel and lush flavours of red fruit prolong its expression on the palate. Its intensity lingers with hints of spice, liquorice and brown sugar.

This wine was finished in whisky barrels for 3 months. Aromas of dark fruit, mixed nuts, graphite, and cassis to start. The palate is equally dynamic with notes of blueberry pie, cardamom, chai tea, all spice and toffee.

Here the suave Cabernet Sauvignon teams up with the more playful Shiraz varietal to be a mouthful of excellent red wine. Ice-wine & Brandy is half as sweet as traditional Ice-wine, this dessert wine is a delicate blend of Vidal Ice-wine & seven year, barrel aged brandy. It is smooth on the palate with intense tropical fruit notes of the Ice-wine, complemented by warmth of the brandy in the finish.

This is a blend of Grenache Noir and Syrah grapes. Deep, bright ruby color. Fruity and spiced bouquet evoking notes of cassis and prune. On the palate fresh and full, supple and fruity with dominant notes of small black fruit and licorice. A long and pleasing finish.

Rich apricots and honey on the nose with a lingering aroma of fresh peaches. On the palate more complex flavours of honey, ripe tropical fruits, and lychee are present with a well balanced sweetness. Soft citrus notes are peeking through and complement the balanced acidity in the wine. Serve chilled to approximately 12°C. Food pairings: Pair this Vidal icewine with rich flavours such as blue cheese, dark chocolate, foie gras, fresh fruits or vanilla ice-cream. This wine may also be served on it’s own as dessert.

Bright and racy in feel, with high pitched red currant, cherry and raspberry coulis notes, laced with violet, white pepper and chalk details. The long, youthful taut finish should settle in with mild cellaring.

The Reserve Merlot opens with an intense, deep nose filled with aromas of plum, blackberry, anise and mocha. The palate is lush and rich revealing similar flavours along with subtle hints of dried tobacco, sage and earth. The fine grained, dusty tannins support the rich fruit, and the finish is filled with notes of espresso, cocoa and licorice. The Reserve Merlot has been aged in American and French oak for 12 months.

Rich fruity and woody, the 2017 Summit (the blend includes: Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, and Malbec) delivers a nose-full of black and blue fruit accented by toasted coconut and coffee bean oak influence, still youthful and not yet firing on all cylinders. The palate is densely packed with flavour - this is high-impact wine to be sure, broad, voluptuous, and ambitiously made. Alcohol is high but integrated, while tannIns are thick and velvety, supported by sufficient acids. Big, bold, beautiful, balanced, decidedly west coast style red, drink or hold into the late' the 20s or beyond.

Very dark, intense, ruby - red colour. Complex aroma of blackberries and blackcurrants, floral and earthy notes of fresh moss, accented by hints of new leather, ginger and allspice. The silky tannin structure provides a remarkably long finish, marked by fresh, exotic fruit flavours.

This rich full-bodied wine features a deep intense ruby colour, and deliciously persistent aromas of ripe red raspberry, dark chocolate with toasty caramel and vanilla notes. Opulent notes of blackberry fruit, spice and pepper grace the palate with a well-rounded tannin structure and fruit-driven lingering finish.

In keeping with classic Bordeaux tradition, Pétales d’Osoyoos represents the second wine of Osoyoos Larose. The wine displays a deep ruby colour with a complex nose of red fruits, pepper, caramel and vanilla notes. The mid-palate shows complex layers with raspberry, cherry and toasted flavours. The finish is long and smooth with ripe tannins, elegance and finesse. Best to drink within four to five years.

This is a medium bodied wine, dense with firm tannins and a wild cherry bouquet.

Very fine bubbles spiral upwards, through this brilliant yellow straw coloured wine. The bouquet of apricot, yeast and ripe apple, with hints of honey, are followed by tropical fruits on the palate and a refreshing pink grapefruit finish.

Garnet colour with a bouquet of currant, black cherry, and just a whiff of smoke and spice. Goes well with grilled meats and mild chill.
