For our take on a North American IPA, we’ve squeezed every last drop of oily & resiny goodness out of our favourite American hops. Restrained malt character, high mineral content water, high carbonation, and moderate bitterness combine to create a distinctively dry beer. Hop oil subdues the bitterness.
