Luscious and weighty with beautifully integrated aromatic spices and waves of white pepper. Sweet, like Mackintosh’s toffee, vanilla, and dried fruit. Citric zest, linen, some dustiness, and hints of oak. Spicy Rye.

Grape Varieties in this blend are old vines of Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella. Intense ruby red in colour with an elegant bouquet of matured cherry, blackberry and spices (ginger in particular). A persistent and warm taste, with a light and pleasant savoury note.

Brilliant ruby red colour. This sumptuous wine offers aromas of ripe blackberries and cherries. On the palate it's well rounded and rich with fruit forward notes that are complemented by hints of leather and mesquite.

Clear and bright with a fresh, clean aroma of peach, pear, and a touch of citrus. This Pinot Grigio has refreshing flavours of white peach and Anjou pear, which also linger on the finish with an added note of lemon and lime.

A deep ruby red colour with a bouquet of cherry, red plum, violet, and spice. This Sangiovese has soft drying tannins and flavours of cherry and spice, which also linger on the finish with an added note of dried mushroom.

A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. Ruby red in color with rich aromas of ripe fruit especially blueberries and blackberries, and tobacco and white pepper. The savory and persistent palate has mouth filling tannins and a pleasant finish of fresh fruit and cherry flavored chocolate.

Tignanello is made primarily with Sangiovese and a small percentage of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. The 2018 is a deeply intense ruby red colour. On the nose, it's remarkably complex notes of ripe red fruits, black cherries and sour cherries that merge with sweet hints of vanilla, mint and white pepper. The palate is rich, elegant and well - balanced.

Tignanello 2019 is a deep ruby red colour. It's nose offers exceptional complexity with notes of red fruits, strawberries, pomegranate, apricots, peaches in syrup, vanilla, dried flowers, chocolate, nutmeg, coffee, caramel and Mediterranean herbs. On the palate silky, vibrant tannins, roasted coffee, bitter chocolate with a lengthy finish.

Ruby red in colour. The 2010 Pèppoli is characterized by notes of cherry fruit well amalgamated with chocolate and vanilla from the oak aging. On the palate, the wine shows much Sangiovese character with soft and silky tannins. A good persistence on the finish and aftertaste.

Aperol is the perfect aperitif. Bright orange in colour, it has a unique taste, thanks to the secret recipe, which has never been changed. Infusions of selected ingredients include bitter and sweet oranges, and many other herbs and roots in perfect proportions. Aperol's strength is in its low-alcohol content of only 11%.

This Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc blend has and intense ruby red colour. On the nose you find hints of black currant, blueberry and jam prunes, that blend perfectly with elegant notes of tobacco and licorice. Mellow tannins.

Tiny and continuous perlage. Light straw yellow. On the nose elegant, clean-cut and fruity. Palate is slightly acid, pleasantly harmonious.

Bacardi Superior is a light white rum with impressions of vanilla and fresh apricot and subtle notes of fruits and nuts. It has a mild, soft aromatic taste with impressions of crystallized fruit, marzipan and vanilla. Its finish is dry, crisp and very clean.

This wine is extremely approachable, rich and well rounded. The nose shows hints of vanilla, pomegranate, eucalyptus and chocolate. The palate is bright and fruit forward, displaying raspberries, strawberry jam and currants.

Strawberry Rhubarb Melomel is fermented with local sourced strawberries and rhubarb and Manitoba honey producing a distinctive summer sensation.

Born from the "marriage" of Sangiovese and Syrah, it is vinified in contact with the skins for a few hours. Intense and fresh, hints of cherry blossoms, soft and with a pleasant and mineral finish.

A blend of L'Acadie and Chardonnay grapes. In the glass, a pale golden colour with a straw hue. On the nose suggestions of smoke and lemon rind with strong sea minerals undertones. The palate is luscious with vibrant notes of lime blossom and hints of smoke.

Soft salmon with a light pink hue. On the nose, notes of peaches, apricot and key lime unite with floral overtones of rosewater and white flowers. With our Pinot Grigio Chardonnay, our winemaker experimented with 11 different blends before the ultimate one was achieved. This smooth, refreshingly crisp wine, bearing strong fruit notes of pear and peach, embodies the mystique of the Black Cellar.

With our Malbec Merlot, our winemaker explored 13 blends before arriving on this smooth, medium bodied wine and aromas of dark red berries and cherry. The combination of the dark skinned Malbec and the juicy Merlot grape creates a luscious blend that embodies the mystique of the Black Cellar.

With our Shiraz Cabernet, our winemaker explored 19 different blends until the ultimate one was achieved. The result is a smooth, full-flavoured wine with an abundance of sweet cherry, blueberry and spice aromas and flavours that embody the mystique of the Black Cellar.
