For our take on a North American IPA, we’ve squeezed every last drop of oily & resiny goodness out of our favourite American hops. Restrained malt character, high mineral content water, high carbonation, and moderate bitterness combine to create a distinctively dry beer. Hop oil subdues the bitterness. What lingers is the fond sensation of hop flowers dancing on your tongue.

A specialty base malt is used for this beer. Juicy and hazy; with tropical, citrusy notes and balanced hops.

Nautical Disaster is a slightly hazy and juicy India Pale Ale, almost clear with a strong dry-hopped aroma yet a subdued medium bitterness. An all-Bavarian lager balancing the supreme drinkability of a Helles with the floral flirt of a pilsner. The Prize Pils recipe calls for an all-German ingredient list with 100% German pilsner malt and Bavarian Tettnanger and Hallertauer Tradition hops.

Omnipollo was founded in 2011. Zodiak is their house IPA made with a combination of Simcoe, Citra and Centennial hops. Golden yellow colour with vibrant aromas and flavours of citrus and tropical fruit, spice, herbs and a light pleasant bitterness on the finish.

An easy drinking American wheat ale dry hopped with Mosaic Hops. Juicy citrus, tropical and floral hop notes sit atop a light grainy malt base giving the beer a very flavourful hop punch with a light refreshing body.
