Inspired by Canadian tradition, this product is a unique blend of Canadian whisky and pure premium maple syrup. Caramelized notes are in balance with a distinct hint of rye. The mouth feel is balanced, flavourful, complex and smooth.

Aromas of pepper, toffee, apricot, spicy rye, lemon, honey, and oak . Flavours of sugar cane, candied orange/peaches, vanilla, spice, caramel, dark fruit, and peppercorn. The finish is long.

A Rye Whisky with spicy, coffee and subtle cocoa notes softened by the 5 year barrel aging process. The woody notes of oak are enhanced by the rye and the unique blend of 5 and 7 year old Whisky
