Aging in both bourbon and sherry casks is responsible for the complex flavour profile. Aromas include: chocolate, delicate spice and dried fruits. The palate is balanced and sold with hints of caramel and wood.

The nose is full of caramel and dark brown sugar, buttery toffee and a little spice with pepper and vanilla. The palate is smooth and rich and rather dry with buttery spice notes and dark sugar, a little oak. The finish is of good length with dark sugar.

Crafty Radler includes a mix of house-made Blood Orange and Peach craft soda. It exhibits a natural cloudy pale orange colour. This mixture gives off a refreshing smell of ripe, freshly sliced peaches with sweet notes of fresh picked oranges. There is also a slight lingering aroma of Willamette hops that create the base of this blend. The orange flavour dances with the sweetness of peaches, while the malt and hops give a balanced foundation.

Our Crafty Radler includes a mix of ale and grapefruit and tangerine soda; It exhibits a natural cloudy pink colour.  Refreshing aromas of ripe, freshly sliced grapefruit, ripe tangerine and a hint of Willamette hops. The flavour dances with the sweetness of tangerines, while the malt and hops give a balanced foundation.

Grapefruit & Tangerine - possessing a natural cloudy pale pink colour. Aromatic with notes of ripe, freshly sliced grapefruit and sweetness of freshly picked tangerines. Blood Orange & Peach - hint of fresh peaches and the sweet notes of freshly cut oranges. Lemon & Lime - very refreshing with hints of lemon and lime. Tart Cherry & Blueberry - a slight hint of sour cherries on the front end and a subtle flavour of blueberry in the finish.

Matusalem has been crafting Cuban-style rums from a secret family recipe for over 100 years. Aged to 15 years unique solera aging and blending process, this rum has aromas of Madagascar vanilla and dried stone fruits, notes of dark caramel and mint on the palate, and finishes with oak and a hint of sea salt. Matusalem makes triple-distilled, hand-crafted, blended spirits. During the Solera method, young and older rums are blended many times in French oak barrels. Gran Reserva 23 is dark, rich, golden with brilliant red and amber tones. It evokes sweet vanilla, molasses, caramel and plums on the nose and tastes delicate, velvety smooth with hints of vanilla, molasses and caramel.
