Opens with dark fruit aromas with a touch of spice, followed by characteristic notes of the variety, such as roasted red pepper & black pepper. Very soft & silky tannins unfold on the palate, whose vibrant acidity & tremendous volume suggest good cellaring potential.

Distilled from wine made from neutral Pisco grapes. It is double distilled, triple filtered, and stored in stainless steel tanks. Slightly sweet with a bit grassiness.

Carmin de Peumo is Chile's first icon Carmenere. It originates from block 32 of the Peumo Vineyard in the Cachapoal Valley. Deep, dark red colour with violet nuances. The nose is complex with mineral notes and hints of blackberries and cassis. Full, concentrated wine with a long, drawn-out finish.

Made from four grapes harvested later than usual to achieve a greater ripeness and smoothness. It results in a deep and inky wine, with ripe plum and blackcurrant aromas. In the mouth it shows prune, fig and cherry fruit notes. Chocolate and licorice flavours, given by aging in oak barriques, dominate a long and smooth aftertaste.
