Following fermentation, the wine is aged in American oak barrels for 18 months. Cherry red colour with a thin terracotta edge, reflecting longer barrel age. Complex aromas of dark fruits, toffee and balsamic as well as some mineral notes. Silky, refreshing, well balanced fruit and noticeable spicy oak characteristics. Elegant, persistent, satisfying finish. Ageing potential 5-8years.

Intense ruby colour with deep brick-coloured iridescences. In the nose it is intense and rich in resinous and spicy tones. On the palate it is smooth and velvety. It is full flavoured and broad. Very elegant retro nasal taste.

Perfumed nose with lively red fruit, citrus and rose petal aromas. Vibrant cherry, blackberry and strawberry flavours are supported with a creamy texture on the palate along with gentle acidity to deliver a refreshing finish.

A red wine with an intense, violet-ruby colour. The bouquet is fruity with strong plum, cherry, and mulberry notes. The aroma also has a vegetable edge of ripe red pepper, and the flavour is complex, with jams, spinach, and chocolate. Barrel aging lends this wine pleasant smoky and toast notes, bringing out its spices; texture is soft, with rounded tannins and medium body.

Deep ruby red in colour. On the nose this wine exhibits lifted notes of blackcurrant, dark cherry, cinnamon and espresso bean. In the mouth flavours of cassis, plum and nutmeg dominate. Rich yet elegant tannins impart fine structure and a long finish.

An elegant rose wood colouring, this Pinot Rose is a brilliant pink with blue-violet hues. Elegant and intense, the nose displays aromas of red fruits such as cherries, strawberries, raspberries and sour cherries. The soft and juicy palate demonstrates great acidity and balance and makes this a refreshing and fine wine.

This Cabernet Sauvignon Carmenere is made from grapes grown organically. This reddish purple wine from Colchagua Valley offers an expressive and very fruity to the nose, with notes of plums, berries, and dry fruits. In the mouth, this juicy blend is a delightful concentration of red and black fruits, which are in complete harmony with soft tannins. A wine of integrated character, that culminates in a chocolate finish with underlying woody and toasty hints.

This Chardonnay is made from grapes grown organically. It’s engaging in its yellow colour with golden hues. Its refreshing nose is very citric, with fruity aromas mingling with some light mineral notes. The taste is seductively complex, very fresh, with a well balanced acidity.

This Pinot Noir is made from grapes grown organically. It is appealing in its rich and deep bright red colour, and has a complex and developed nose that is governed by sweet wild fruit aromas, where notes of cherries and berries are enhanced by slight toasty hints. This Pinot definitely has a personality of its own. It’s tasteful, with soft tannins and an excellent structure.

This Sauvignon Blanc is made from grapes grown organically. Young and fresh, bright pale yellow colour with green hints. Its nose is mineral and citric, with herbal hints and notes of white flowers and melon, which anticipate a balanced and chilling mouth that culminate in a long mineral finish.

Intense, dark ruby red color. An exquisite aroma displaying classic notes of forest fruit, blackberries, and hints of leather. Wonderfully elegant on the palate, with soft tannins and a lingering finish of fruit and spices that concludes on a toasted bread note.

Intense red purple colour with violet borders stands out for its intense aroma, with ripe red fruits creamy toasty notes. Fruity, glyceric, meaty, toasted. Soft, mature tannins with subtle notes of vanilla cinnamon.

Deep cherry-red in colour with intense aromas of red fruits such as cassis and raspberries with a spicy touch of black pepper and rosemary, a light floral note of violet, and a bit of vanilla. The palate is elegant and full of character with firm yet soft and silky tannins and a fruity finish that recalls fresh black plums. Big-bodied red wines like this one, should be accompanied by full flavoured dishes such as: Wagyu Rib-eye with potatoes au gratin, Baby Goat Ribs roasted in an adobe oven or Spit-Roasted Lamb.

Intense red ruby colour and purple highlights. Spicy, with notes of black pepper, paprika, black and red ripe fruit, fringed by rosemary, dill, clove, and cinnamon. Roasted red pepper, figs and a hint of blackberries.

The grapes come from selected vineyards that grow in the Aconcagua and Maipo Valleys. 70% of the wine was aged in barrels for 6 months to achieve round tannins. Our Estate Cabernet Sauvignon has a classic ruby-red colour, with a nose that shows aromas of red fruit such as sour cherries and strawberries intermingled with spicy flavours along with black pepper and tobacco. The medium-bodied palate is juicy with a good level of acidity and friendly tannins that lead to a pleasant finish.

The grapes for our Estate Carmenere were selected from our vineyards in the Aconcagua Valley. The wine was aged in French oak barrels for 6 months to achieve round tannins. Deep purplish-red in colour, with an aromatic expression that reflects the varietal balance, offering aromas of nutmeg and red pepper and notes of violets and sweet spices. The palate is intense, with smooth, friendly tannins and pleasing, well-balanced acidity that leads to a pleasingly refreshing finish.

The grapes for our Chardonnay Estate come from our vineyards in the Casablanca Valley. Greenish-yellow in colour, our Estate Chardonnay displays all of the intensity of the fruit obtained this year. Notes of pineapple, papaya, passion fruit, and quince predominate over a layer of citrus and lemon blooms, all wrapped in a layer of light toast that adds complexity. Bright acidity keeps it fresh, while a pleasingly creamy texture lingers on its elegant finish.

Intense ruby red color. On the nose are notes of ripe red fruits such as strawberries and raspberries, and spices such as black pepper, white pepper and slight notes of tobacco. In the mouth it has a good volume, balanced, with a balanced acidity and firm tannins. Round, with long medium persistence.

Clean and bright, lemon-green in color. This organic Sauvignon Blanc has a tangy freshness and lively fruit flavors of passion fruit, lime and citrus. On the palate it is fruity, fresh, well-balanced, and has a crisp acidity which provides vibrancy and length on the pleasing finish.

The grape varieties used in this Cava are the three Traditional indigenous grapes, Xarel-lo, Macabeo and Parellada. Star bright yellow in colour with hints of gold. Elegant floral aromas. Fine mousse.

Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are used to make this Rose wine. Pink hue leads way to aromas of raspberry, strawberry and plum. Refreshing acidity in balance with fruit notes.

Bright yellow colour. This wine has notes of ripe fruits such as pineapple and peach. Very flavourable wine with fruity notes and balanced acidity. Refreshing with a long finish.

This sparkling wines blend consists of Macabeo 30%, Xarel-lo 40% and Parellada 30%. Attractive pale gold colour, Fine and constant bubbles, and clean aroma which is dominated by the primary aromas of the fruit. Lingering acidity with hints of white fruits.

A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Tempranillo wine combined with natural orange and lemon juices, pure cane sugar, a touch of spice and soft frizzante water. Lolea No.1 has wonderful aromas of cherry, orange peel, lemon drops, cinnamon and strawberry. Full-bodied and scrumptious on the palate, it has a wide array of ripe red berries and blue flowers along with its silky bubbles. Cordillera Carmenere has its origin in the famous Terroir of Peumo in the Cachapoal Valley. Intense, ruby colour. On the nose there is a wonderful fruits of the forest, eucalyptus, leather, toasted notes of bay and clove, licorice, and black pepper. Very ample palate with rounded tannins and flavourful with notes of bay leaves and mint.

An expressive style that takes the well-known and widely enjoyed Radio Boka Tempranillo and mixes in fresh orange, crisp lemon juice and an infusion of pineapple annd peach to give it a tropical flare.

Deep ruby red colour with the aromas of blackberries, black currants, and chocolate. A harmonious, balanced, full bodied, red wine with a persistent flavour. Perfectly paired with lamb chops or steak.

Black fruit, vanilla and bay leaves on the nose. The palate is very smooth, weighty, with silky, fine-grained tannins and a pleasantly spicy finish.

With a deep and dark garnet red colour, this Carménère presents blackberry and black cherry aromas, complemented by subtle hints of herbs and roasted peppers. The palate has a silky texture with delicate tannins and a delightful dark fruit profile of blueberry and cherry. Spicy notes of cardamom linger in its pleasant finish.

Barrel Reserve 60/40 is one of the first Chilean blends made up of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. A deep ruby red color and intense aromas of red fruits such as dried plums and blackberries, accompanied by soft notes of toast, vanilla and black pepper.

This is a bright and intensely red Cabernet Merlot whose colour speaks of its fresh and fruity aromas. Hints of black plums combine beautifully with those of ripe berries and a touch of vanilla. The palate is soft, but full with a pleasant finish. Serve with red meats or cheese.

Wine with an intense ruby colour with violet notes. Modern and fresh fruity aromas of cherry, red currants and berries. Juicy on the palate, great finesse and well-rounded tannins.

This Cava is comprised of 100% Trepat grape. Attractive cherry red colour. Fine and persistent bubbles. Good intensity with clean aromas of ripe fruit. Fresh, fruity and pleasant with good structure and medium intensity.

Cabernet Sauvignon with a small amount of Carmenere and Petit Verdot grapes, all grown in the Maipo Valley. Deep ruby-red colour. This Cabernet shows black cherry, cassis and spicy notes that give freshness to the wine. Soft graphite aromas, vanilla and hazelnuts due to the ageing in oak barrels. Good volume and well-structured soft tannins. Good balance. An elegant wine with a lingering finish.

Vitrum Cabernet sauvignon has aromas of bright red fruit, black cherry and blackberry framed by spicy notes of black pepper, currants and hints of tobacco and cedar. Bold and full-bodied on the palate with firm fine grained tannins, this structured wines offers lush, black cherry and cassis that carry through to a long and fresh finish. It has an intriguing character that will continue to develop for years to come. Decanting is suggested.
