Our Merlot Les Jamelles is a very complex, rich, long and fat wine. With its dark colour, it displays aromas of crushed black fruits (blackberries, black currants, and cherries), jam and cooked fruits as well as smoky scents (peat) and spicy perfumes (cinnamon, thyme). This wine is round, rich and long-lasting on the palate with mature tannins on the finish. It is a well-balanced easy-drinking wine.

On the palate, this wine is complex, rich, long and fat. It displays aromas of crushed black fruits (blackberries, blackcurrants, cherries) and jam. The tannins are plump and well-integrated. Unlike many Pinot Noirs grown in the Pays d'Oc, this wine is not dominated by heaviness or an excessive over-ripeness.

Beau Joie Brut is aged on lees for a minimum of 4 years. When Beau Joie Brut is disgorged, we add a very small amount of dosage to each bottle in order to highlight the fruit characteristics, while preserving lovely acidity and citrus notes.

A blend of Syrah, Carignan, Grenache, Marsanne and Roussanne grapes. Granata red color. Appearing at first aromas of cassis, blueberries and raspberry accompanied by herbal and spicy notes such as rosemary, tarragon and black pepper and at the end soft mineral touches appear. On the palate it highlights its biting and vibrant acidity, which together with a juicy and fresh structure make this wine a great blend, promising a long storage in the bottle.

An intense, violet-red, our Tributo Carmenere shows tremendous intensity on the nose as well. Opens with dark fruit aromas with a touch of spice, followed by characteristic notes of the variety, such as roasted red pepper & black pepper. Very soft & silky tannins unfold on the palate, whose vibrant acidity & tremendous volume suggest good cellaring potential.

The 2018 Cap De Faugeres is composed of 85% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine opens with intense scents of preserved plums, kirsch, chocolate and menthol with hints of wood smoke and spices. The palate has a velvety texture with plenty of red fruit character.

Distilled from wine made from neutral Pisco grapes. It is double distilled, triple filtered, and stored in stainless steel tanks. Slightly sweet with a bit grassiness.

Only two Chartreuse monks know the identity of the 130 plants, how to blend them and how to distill them into this world famous liqueur. They are also the only ones who know which plants they have to macerate to produce the natural green and yellow colours. And they alone supervise the slow ageing in oak casks. How to drink it: To bring out all its flavour, it should be consumed very cold, even on the rocks. Traditionally considered an after dinner drink, Chartreuse is more and more being enjoyed as a long drink.
