The distinct character of the Aberfeldy 12 is the result of uniting the Highland's finest natural resources. Created with fresh spring water from the nearby Pitilie Burn, they are truly "Scotch" Scotches, as only Scottish Optic Barley is used. Colour: Full, gold yellow. Our Sauvignon Blanc is seductive on the nose with a wide range of aromas such as white peach, pineapple, and citrus. The palate is fresh and balanced, with a crisp lingering finish.

An explosion of crackling peat sets off millions of flavour explosions on the tongue: peat effervesces with tangy lemon and lime juice, black pepper pops with sizzling cinnamon-spiced toffee. This is followed by a wave of brine infused with smooth buttermilk, ripe bananas and currants. Smoke gradually wells up on the palate bringing a mouthful of warm creamy cappuccino and toasted marshmallows. As the taste lengthens and deepens, dry espresso, liquorice root and tarry smoke develop coating the palate with chewy peat oils.

Colour Burnished gold Nose At bottle strength the influence of the two styles of maturation casks complement each other producing a full-bodied smooth aroma. The maturity that shows through comes from the America barrels and the spicy creamy nose from the old style smaller casks. A touch of water allows the full complexity of the Highland Peated Malt to appear. The rich softness linked with smooth, slightly dry aroma is combined with just enough earthy peat smoke to avoid being overpowering. Palate At bottle strength the full rich flavours burst and fill the mouth with a creamy peat tang and a touch of vanilla’s soft gentleness. If a touch of water is added then the flavours increase with the addition of a sweet ripe fruit start followed by the tang of peat.

The palate is smooth and sweet with hints of tangerine and lime.

First fill North American oak casks are perfect for maturing Auchentoshan. Where once they held bourbon, now we trust our spirit to their care. We carefully marry these casks to create the crisp citrus nose and unmistakable smoothness of Auchentoshan American Oak.

A red wine with an intense, violet-ruby colour. The bouquet is fruity with strong plum, cherry, and mulberry notes. The aroma also has a vegetable edge of ripe red pepper, and the flavour is complex, with jams, spinach, and chocolate. Barrel aging lends this wine pleasant smoky and toast notes, bringing out its spices; texture is soft, with rounded tannins and medium body.

The Gran Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon has been aged in French oak barrels; it shows deep red purple colour in the glass. Maipo Cabernet is characterized by scents of cassis & mint. A blend of two varieties from the Rapel Valley in Chile. Notes of dark plums, with firm and round tannins, velvety texture, smooth, well balanced and mouth filling wine.

A beautiful ruby red colour, an intense nose displaying red fruits such as plum and raspberry with notes of cacao, tobacco and mocha. A balanced mouth with good concentration, acidity and persistence. Excellent for serving with seafood, salads, chicken, cheeses and vegetarian dishes.

This Viognier is a bright golden yellow with fruity notes of apricots and peaches that combine with nice citrus notes and a final touch of light oak in the nose. The palate is concentrated and full of fresh stone fruit flavours that make this a savoury wine with great character and persistence.
