The aroma also has a vegetable edge of ripe red pepper, and the flavour is complex, with jams, spinach, and chocolate. Barrel aging lends this wine pleasant smoky and toast notes, bringing out its spices; texture is soft, with rounded tannins and medium body.

A smooth, almost silky texture masks the firm tannic structure beneath, which really comes to the fore at the beginning of the long finish.

Miguel Torres brand produces this Chilean Brandy using Rose Muscatel and Muscat of Alexandria grape varieties. Colourless with an exuberant floral notes of roses and jasmine, in addition to candied citrus peels. On the palate, it is appetizing and even creamy, with a long and persistent aftertaste.

The grapes for our Estate Carmenere were selected from our vineyards in the Aconcagua Valley. The wine was aged in French oak barrels for 6 months to achieve round tannins. Deep purplish-red in colour, with an aromatic expression that reflects the varietal balance, offering aromas of nutmeg and red pepper and notes of violets and sweet spices. The palate is intense, with smooth, friendly tannins and pleasing, well-balanced acidity that leads to a pleasingly refreshing finish.

The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes come from vineyards in the Aconcagua Valley. Aging occurred in French Oak barrels for 12 months. Claret red colour with ruby shimmers. The nose has notes of strawberries, cherries and some blueberries, accompanied by a soft tone reminiscent of mint, cloves, hints of rosemary and pastries. The palate is predominated by red fruits and bitter chocolate.

This blend is comprised of Grenache, Syrah, Mourvedre and Carignan grapes. The palate is fresh, lineal, and mineral with delicious notes of red and black fruits that recall black currants and blueberries along with a touch of incense and black pepper to create a very expressive and juicy wine.

It is an intense and elegant blend, made from varieties of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Malbec, Cabernet Franc, Grenache and Mourvedre, all harvested from the Don Maximiano vineyards. This wine is elegant, dense and refined. Displaying fruit purity and intensity, yet distinctively focused. A rush of fresh fruits rise from the glass, including red cherries and blueberries. As well, there are notes of cocoa. It is a very fruity and refreshing wine that has a seamless impression from beginning to end. The tannins are firm and well - structured.

This is a blend of aged spirits, which have been finished in Cognac casks. Chocolate and fruit aromas and flavours.

On the nose it’s an elegant, complex and intense wine with violets and red fruits, evocations of blackberry, chocolate, black pepper and cigar box aromas while its affinity with oak lends vanilla and coffee notes, producing a wine in perfect balance of real finesse and class. A really outstanding Cabernet Sauvignon. Highly recommended with red meats, Mongolian beef, pork ribs, spaghetti with Bolognese sauce, pan-roasted veal chops with cabernet sauce, dark chocolate.

The wine presents a deep ruby-red colour. The predominant aromas are of ripe red and black fruit, such as strawberry, cherry, and cassis. Deep in the background there is a subtle hint of mint and candy. The 18 months’ ageing in French barrels adds elegant notes of tobacco and toast that are well balanced with the fruit. The ageing process softens the potency of the wine, giving the palate beautiful balance and silkiness, with body and flavour that linger, in line with the aromas. There’s a dairy note similar to dulce de leche that adds lushness and a very nice finish.

Deep carmine-red in colour with aromas of ripe black and blue fruit, including blackberry, plum, and blueberry. The 18 months of contact with French oak add strong notes of sweet spice, pink pepper, coffee, and tobacco, which are well paired with the fruit notes. The palate is balanced and silky, with the same fruit and dairy notes reappearing, including dulce de leche, enveloped within its big body and very long finish.

The wine shows an intense red colour, with those purple tones very characteristic of Carmenère. Its intense nose reveals aromas of black fruits, such as blackberry and blueberry, with pleasant notes of bell pepper and black pepper, joined by sweet notes from the French oak barrels. Fresh with elegant intensity and complex. You can find aromas of pear, grapefruit and tropical fruit as well as guayaba, white flowers and some mineral hints. These characteristics give the wine a special personality, a true reflection of its origin. Creamy, long and with volume, all this structured in a nice acidity.

With a deep and beautiful violet colour, this wine represents a great combination of Cabernet Sauvignon, Carmenere and Syrah. The nose presents fresh plum and dark chocolate notes, both very well integrated with spice aromas. Round tannins on the palate and a wonderful background of barrel ageing, ends with a persistent and complex finish.

A brown/chestnut in appearance, initial deep scents of brown sugar and toffee; then candied walnut, toasted marshmallow, treacle and dark, old honey. Creamy in texture, with highlights of burnt sugar and cocoa, earthy, grassy and lean, with pocket flavours of treacle and marzipan.

The grapes are grown in poor, gravel soils at the foothills of the Andes Mountains and produce a wine that reflects the true expression of Maipo Valley. The nose is predominated by red fruits such as raspberries and cherries. There are also some spicy notes from barrel aging that adds complexity to the wine.
