Villa Don Maximiano is the second wine from Don Maximiano Founder's Reserve. It is an intense and elegant blend, made from varieties of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Malbec, Cabernet Franc, Grenache and Mourvedre, all harvested from the Don Maximiano vineyards. This wine is elegant, dense and refined. Displaying fruit purity and intensity, yet distinctively focused. A rush of fresh fruits rise from the glass, including red cherries and blueberries. As well, there are notes of cocoa. It is a very fruity and refreshing wine that has a seamless impression from beginning to end. The tannins are firm and well - structured.

Grape varietals in this blend include: Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Carmenere, Syrah and Cabernet Franc. The colour is deep, intense ruby-red with purple highlights. The nose dominated by blackberries, blueberries and black olives, mingling with fresh spices and delicate balsamic, graphite and roast hazelnut. The Palate is concentrated revealing a complex array of flavours elegantly combining notes of blackcurrant, blackberry and Ente plum with spices and pepper, enhanced by a touch of ristretto. The finish is concentrated and well-balanced.

7 years of aging achieved a mahogany colour, aromas of honey and caramel and flavours of banana, caramel and a hint of wood smoke.

This 5th generation family estate rum is sustainably produced (carbon neutral), Fair Trade certified and is naturally aged without artificial ingredients. 7 years of aging achieved a mahogany colour, aromas of honey and caramel and flavours of banana, caramel and a hint of wood smoke.

The reserve No 5 has aromas of caramel, burnt sugar, vanilla and orange zest. On the palate balanced flavours of tropical fruit, toasted nuts, spice, oak and vanilla.

Intense ruby red color. On the nose are notes of ripe red fruits such as strawberries and raspberries, and spices such as black pepper, white pepper and slight notes of tobacco. In the mouth it has a good volume, balanced, with a balanced acidity and firm tannins. Round, with long medium persistence.

Clean and bright, lemon-green in color. This organic Sauvignon Blanc has a tangy freshness and lively fruit flavors of passion fruit, lime and citrus. On the palate it is fruity, fresh, well-balanced, and has a crisp acidity which provides vibrancy and length on the pleasing finish.

It’s intense, vibrant dark red colour with underlying purple hues. It has an elegant blueberry and raspberry aroma with subtle notes of citrus. In the mouth, it has a fresh young and smooth flavour with a light delicate sweetness, which will delight your palate, emphasized by the effervescence of its fine, persistent bubbles.

A mix of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Muscatel. It's aromatic, light-bodied, crisp, fresh and lively with a delicate rose colour.

A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Merlot . Dark purple in colour with ripe red cherry, currant and cedar aromas. On the palate soft with sweet tannins and balanced acidity.

A blend of Moscatel de Alejandria, Gewurztraminer, Viognier and Riesling grapes. Golden colour leads way to aromas of fresh fruits, flowers and a hint of honey. The palate is crisp with a balanced sweetness.

Deep red in colour. On the nose, the aroma is ripe red fruits, spices and hints of vanilla. On the palate, this is a smooth and elegant wine, of medium body, which combines chocolate and jam aromas and toasted notes. Good final persistence.

Dark ruby-red in colour. Bursting with red fruit aromas such as berries, cassis and cherries melded with hints of sweet vanilla and coconut. A fresh sensation with medium body, smooth tannins and a long, pleasing finish.

Its colour is pale yellow with green tones. Its aroma is fairly intense, with tropical fruit notes, such as pineapples and mangos. On the palate it has lots of fruit and good acidity. Fresh young character, vivid and pleasant, and finishes with persistence. Serve with pastas, curries, spicy sausages, and luncheon salads.

This Sauvignon Blanc by winemaker Kim Crawford shows a unique minerality and a pleasant freshness and acidity. A great example of the quality and characteristic expression offered by the renowned Casablanca Valley.

Aged 100% in stainless steel with a hint of residual sugar. Harvested by hand. Delicate pink colour. On the nose, floral notes with hints of cherry and raspberry. It is a dry wine with great acidity and refreshing strawberry palate.

The Carmenere vine age is +18 years. This wine has been aged 10 months in stainless steel followed by 2 months in French and American oak. Light purple colour with aromas of ripe blueberries and a hint of fine smoke. Slightly spicy but in balance with soft tannins.

A consistent favourite with its intense and floral nose of lime and pineapple and its fresh acidity on the palate with hints of lemon/lime zest. Sunshine in a bottle.

Bright yellow colour. This wine has notes of ripe fruits such as pineapple and peach. Very flavourable wine with fruity notes and balanced acidity. Refreshing with a long finish.

A Merlot with great aromatic intensity, plum and blackberry jam mixed with spicy hints of vanilla and liquorice. A very attractive and elegant palate, enriched with toasted notes acquired through its oak ageing and a long aftertaste with lingering spices.

This Cabernet Sauvignon Reserva has deep and dark cherry colour. Its delicate aromas evoke the enchantment of fruit: plums, red currants and blackberries, with a spicy feel. With an appreciable body, velvety palate and round and soft tannins.

Cordillera Carmenere has its origin in the famous Terroir of Peumo in the Cachapoal Valley. Intense, ruby colour. On the nose there is a wonderful fruits of the forest, eucalyptus, leather, toasted notes of bay and clove, licorice, and black pepper. Very ample palate with rounded tannins and flavourful with notes of bay leaves and mint.

Intense, dark ruby colour. Exquisite aroma with classical notes of wild fruit preserves, blackberries, and hints of leather. On the palate it has great elegance, with smooth tannins and a prolonged fruit and spicy aftertaste that finalises with notes of toasted bread.

A ruby red, deep-colored wine. On the nose it’s an elegant, complex and intense wine with violets and red fruits, evocations of blackberry, chocolate, black pepper and cigar box aromas while its affinity with oak lends vanilla and coffee notes, producing a wine in perfect balance of real finesse and class. A really outstanding Cabernet Sauvignon. Highly recommended with red meats, Mongolian beef, pork ribs, spaghetti with Bolognese sauce, pan-roasted veal chops with cabernet sauce, dark chocolate.

A deep yellow colour, very clean and bright. The nose features standout ripe tropical fruit notes of pineapple, banana and apricot and the asparagus and artichoke hearts typical of coastal-climate wines. The 12 months in French oak confers elegant notes.

The wine presents a deep ruby-red colour. The predominant aromas are of ripe red and black fruit, such as strawberry, cherry, and cassis. Deep in the background there is a subtle hint of mint and candy. The 18 months’ ageing in French barrels adds elegant notes of tobacco and toast that are well balanced with the fruit. The ageing process softens the potency of the wine, giving the palate beautiful balance and silkiness, with body and flavour that linger, in line with the aromas. There’s a dairy note similar to dulce de leche that adds lushness and a very nice finish.

Beautiful and intense ruby red colour, combined with very elegant aromas, notes of chocolate, cigar box, vanilla and butterscotch while on the mouth it shows wild blueberry and blackberry flavours. A medium to full bodied wine. On the palate it is ample, soft and generous, with intensity of Cabernet Sauvignon and the softness of Carmenere accompanied by a subtle spiciness and a long aftertaste. Highly recommended with Mongolian beef, pork ribs, spaghetti with Bolognese sauce, pizza, lamb stew and mushroom risotto.

Vivacious ruby-red colour. The nose shows first aromas of fresh red berries, such as cherry and raspberry, combined with sweet pastry notes, fresh candied aromas, and a hint of toast. On the palate the wine is lively and fresh, with a rich acidity and juiciness. Smooth tannins, light body, and long finish.

This new vintage of our Purple Angel has all of the character and complexity we are accustomed to. With an intense and deep carmine-red colour, the wine delivers a pool of fresh fruit aromas, such as blackberry, blueberry, red plum, and ripe cherry. There are also bakery, candied, and subtle spice notes that mix well with the aromas from the French oak, including balanced toast, vanilla, and mocha. The palate is balanced and vibrant, with complex body and extremely smooth tannins.

Deep carmine-red in colour with aromas of ripe black and blue fruit, including blackberry, plum, and blueberry. The 18 months of contact with French oak add strong notes of sweet spice, pink pepper, coffee, and tobacco, which are well paired with the fruit notes. The palate is balanced and silky, with the same fruit and dairy notes reappearing, including dulce de leche, enveloped within its big body and very long finish.

The wine shows an intense red colour, with those purple tones very characteristic of Carmenère. Its intense nose reveals aromas of black fruits, such as blackberry and blueberry, with pleasant notes of bell pepper and black pepper, joined by sweet notes from the French oak barrels. Smooth with a long and pleasant finish.

Delicate notes of sour cherry and subtle earthy notes that make this wine even more interesting and elegant. On the palate, experience a smooth texture with good acidity, highlighting its fruit over the soft toasted notes that embody the aftertaste.

Fresh with elegant intensity and complex. You can find aromas of pear, grapefruit and tropical fruit as well as guayaba, white flowers and some mineral hints. These characteristics give the wine a special personality, a true reflection of its origin. Creamy, long and with volume, all this structured in a nice acidity.

Ripe plums, blackberries, juicy and balanced by fine tannins. Subtle and elegant toast from oak aging. Finish lingers powerfully and pleasantly.

The wine is light and lively, with great character and varietal typicity. Fruits such as apricots, white peaches and citrus fruits are in evidence. The mouth feel is extremely attractive and the velvety tannins are seductive and appealing. It is fruity and fresh and very easy drinking.

With a deep and beautiful violet colour, this wine represents a great combination of Cabernet Sauvignon, Carmenere and Syrah. The nose presents fresh plum and dark chocolate notes, both very well integrated with spice aromas. Round tannins on the palate and a wonderful background of barrel ageing, ends with a persistent and complex finish.

Dark red colour. In the nose it has red cherries and plums with a touch of toasty oak. Hints of chocolate and berries. Round tannins, soft but well structured.

Very intense cherry red colour. Aroma of ripe red fruit, cassis and a touch of spice. Very fruity with soft tannins.

Wonderful golden-yellow colour. Aroma of banana and papaya. Lots of flavour and possessing a rich, long finish.

The grapes are grown in poor, gravel soils at the foothills of the Andes Mountains and produce a wine that reflects the true expression of Maipo Valley. The nose is predominated by red fruits such as raspberries and cherries. There are also some spicy notes from barrel aging that adds complexity to the wine. Balanced and elegant with an extended finish.

Crafted from carefully selected grapes, this smooth Carmeneré from Maule Valley illustrates the high quality potential of Chile’s flagship variety. Deep violet in colour, with intense fruit notes, such as blackberry, fresh plum and black cherry. Subtle hints of cloves, black pepper and cedar on the palate.

The grapes that make up this wine come from the foot of the Andes Mountains in Miraflores vineyards within the Colchagua Valley. Brilliant violet colour leads to a floral nuance and red fruits. On the palate, notes of black pepper and cellar in balance with gripping tannins.

Black fruit, vanilla and bay leaves on the nose. The palate is very smooth, weighty, with silky, fine-grained tannins and a pleasantly spicy finish.

Bright garnet colour with violet hues; aromas of black pepper, red cherries and hints of cedar.. On the palate great fruit concentration with fine grained tannins and notes of vanilla and cedar.

With a deep and dark garnet red colour, this Carménère presents blackberry and black cherry aromas, complemented by subtle hints of herbs and roasted peppers. The palate has a silky texture with delicate tannins and a delightful dark fruit profile of blueberry and cherry. Spicy notes of cardamom linger in its pleasant finish.

The colour is red with deep red reflections. The aromas are strawberries and red currants with a touch of licorice and earth. Soft acidity and light tannins beautifully balanced with wild red fruit.

This Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from our vineyards in the Leyda Valley. Pale yellow colour with notes of pink grapefruit and subtle herbs and stones On the palate a nice balance between citrus fruit, peach, passion fruit and minerality.

Barrel Reserve 60/40 is one of the first Chilean blends made up of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. A deep ruby red color and intense aromas of red fruits such as dried plums and blackberries, accompanied by soft notes of toast, vanilla and black pepper.

120 Cabernet Sauvignon is a deep and intense violet-red colour. Notes of red and black fruits predominate on the nose with the touch of spice that is typical in Cabernet, plus the aromas of vanilla, cloves, and tobacco that come from the oak.

120 Sauvignon Blanc is a fresh, fruity wine dominated by tropical and citric fruit such as grapefruit, lime and lemon peel complemented by white peach notes and distinctive variety herbs increasing complexity and lifting fruity sensations, a very interesting aftertaste amid smooth fruit and fresh acidity with a lingering and persistent finish.

Sena was created as a joint-venture between Eduardo Chadwick and Robert Mondavi back in 1995, with the dream of making a wine that would show Chile’s full potential. The blend is comprised of Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Carmenere, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot grapes. Aging has occurred in 85% New French oak barrels and the balance in Foudres. Deep red colour leads to a nose that reveals floral notes alongside red and black fruits. There are many layers to this wine in the taste profile, consisting of cedar wood, tobacco and bitter chocolate.

The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes were grown in the Maule and Colchagua Valley. It offers an intense and deep colour and nice aromas such a red fruit, pepper and tobacco. It has smooth tannins, very freshness and fruity, which gives the wine a good balance.

This Sauvignon Blanc offers a pale yellow colour with greenish tones. It has attractive fruity aromas with a touch of peach notes. It’s a fresh wine, with a balanced natural acidity, medium structure and permanence in mouth. Ideal as an aperitif in summer time or with seafood and fish. Serve at 7°C – 8°C.

Ripe red fruit notes with some smoky and chocolate hints from its time in oak barrels. A fullness on the palate with tannins that support its firm structure.

An intense wine with shades of purple and a deep, black colour. The nose is very complex with notes of hazelnuts and nuts, black currants, plums and ripe pomegranates, spices, fine cocoa and vanilla.

Wine with an intense ruby colour with violet notes. Modern and fresh fruity aromas of cherry, red currants and berries. Juicy on the palate, great finesse and well-rounded tannins.

A brilliant ruby red, this wine has pronounced red and black fruit aromas, with smoky, spicy, herbal notes adding complexity. The aromas carry through on the full-bodied palate, with silky fine tannins adding superb structure and balance.

The Cabernet Franc grapes were grown in the Curico Valley. A fairly deeply coloured, purple wine. A nose dense and rich with sweet fruit, with some notes of blackcurrant leaf and other greenery, very much suggesting Cabernet Franc. Unsurprisingly sweet, black fruit gum flavour on the palate, with a green, tobacco edge. Soft tannins, soft acidity and some glycerol. A sweet and spicy finish.

The Carmenere grapes have been grown in the Peumos soils of the Cachapoal Valley. Exuberant deep dark red violet. Intense and complex aromas, some ripe dark berries, blackcurrant, plums, black pepper with hints of sweet spices. Soft tannins with a firm structure. Elegant subtle spices from the maturation in oak barrels are present.
