A red wine with an intense, violet-ruby colour. The bouquet is fruity with strong plum, cherry, and mulberry notes. The aroma also has a vegetable edge of ripe red pepper, and the flavour is complex, with jams, spinach, and chocolate. Barrel aging lends this wine pleasant smoky and toast notes, bringing out its spices; texture is soft, with rounded tannins and medium body.

Made from four grapes harvested later than usual to achieve a greater ripeness and smoothness. It results in a deep and inky wine, with ripe plum and blackcurrant aromas. In the mouth it shows prune, fig and cherry fruit notes. Chocolate and licorice flavours, given by aging in oak barriques, dominate a long and smooth aftertaste.

Deep red. Unctuous cherry, cassis, cedar, blackberry, black tar and smoke-led presence. Tight and focused with a deep concentration of flavours framed by firm tannins. A smooth, almost silky texture masks the firm tannic structure beneath, which really comes to the fore at the beginning of the long finish.

In the mouth, this juicy blend is a delightful concentration of red and black fruits, which are in complete harmony with soft tannins. A wine of integrated character, that culminates in a chocolate finish with underlying woody and toasty hints.

Big-bodied red wines like this one, should be accompanied by full flavoured dishes such as: Wagyu Rib-eye with potatoes au gratin, Baby Goat Ribs roasted in an adobe oven or Spit-Roasted Lamb.

The nose has notes of strawberries, cherries and some blueberries, accompanied by a soft tone reminiscent of mint, cloves, hints of rosemary and pastries. The palate is predominated by red fruits and bitter chocolate.

Deep violet in colour with aromas of black and red fruits, herbs, roasted red bell pepper, rosemary and dill which are all framed by soft notes of chocolate and roasted coffee beans. On the palate are notes of nuts, dark cherries and coffee.

Dark ruby-red in colour. Bursting with red fruit aromas such as berries, cassis and cherries melded with hints of sweet vanilla and coconut. A fresh sensation with medium body, smooth tannins and a long, pleasing finish.

A golden coloured wine. Clean aroma, good aromatic intensity, showing evolution, age, and a fruity aroma of almonds. Complex, dry palate with fresh acidity, light but with great concentration, reminiscent of almonds and other dried fruits and an extremely long finish.

The Carmenere vine age is +18 years. This wine has been aged 10 months in stainless steel followed by 2 months in French and American oak. Light purple colour with aromas of ripe blueberries and a hint of fine smoke. Slightly spicy but in balance with soft tannins.

Mateus Rose Original has a bright hue. It has a fresh and intense bouquet and all the joviality of young wines. In the mouth, it is a well-balanced and tempting wine, brilliantly complemented by a soft and slightly fizzy finish.

A ruby red, deep-colored wine. On the nose it’s an elegant, complex and intense wine with violets and red fruits, evocations of blackberry, chocolate, black pepper and cigar box aromas while its affinity with oak lends vanilla and coffee notes, producing a wine in perfect balance of real finesse and class. A really outstanding Cabernet Sauvignon. Highly recommended with red meats, Mongolian beef, pork ribs, spaghetti with Bolognese sauce, pan-roasted veal chops with cabernet sauce, dark chocolate.

Beautiful and intense ruby red colour, combined with very elegant aromas, notes of chocolate, cigar box, vanilla and butterscotch while on the mouth it shows wild blueberry and blackberry flavours. A medium to full bodied wine. On the palate it is ample, soft and generous, with intensity of Cabernet Sauvignon and the softness of Carmenere accompanied by a subtle spiciness and a long aftertaste. Highly recommended with Mongolian beef, pork ribs, spaghetti with Bolognese sauce, pizza, lamb stew and mushroom risotto.

This Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from our vineyards in the Leyda Valley. Pale yellow colour with notes of pink grapefruit and subtle herbs and stones On the palate a nice balance between citrus fruit, peach, passion fruit and minerality.

120 Cabernet Sauvignon is a deep and intense violet-red colour. Notes of red and black fruits predominate on the nose with the touch of spice that is typical in Cabernet, plus the aromas of vanilla, cloves, and tobacco that come from the oak.

120 Sauvignon Blanc is a fresh, fruity wine dominated by tropical and citric fruit such as grapefruit, lime and lemon peel complemented by white peach notes and distinctive variety herbs increasing complexity and lifting fruity sensations, a very interesting aftertaste amid smooth fruit and fresh acidity with a lingering and persistent finish.

Deep brick colour with amber rim. Rich and elegant nose combining aromas of ripe berry fruit with a delicate nuttiness and subtle mellow notes of chocolate, butterscotch and fine oak wood. Smooth and silky on the palate and full of ripe figgy, jammy flavours which persist on the long finish.

Great black fruit quality on the stylish nose which displays inky notes, a discreet herbal and mineral character and hints of liquorice. Beautifully complex, fine and elegant bouquet. Wonderful velvety texture on the rich, concentrated and weighty palate which delivers heaps of flavour leading into a long finish crammed with sumptuous dark chocolate and liquorice.

It’s a fresh wine, with a balanced natural acidity, medium structure and permanence in mouth. Ideal as an aperitif in summer time or with seafood and fish. Serve at 7°C – 8°C.

The grapes for our Eyzaguirre wines were grown at our vineyard called San Jorge, which is located in the heart of the Colchagua Valley. Deep burgundy in colour with aromatics of red apples and raspberries. On the palate, bright fresh cherries with toasty elements and just a hint of pepper.
