The Gran Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon has been aged in French oak barrels; it shows deep red purple colour in the glass. Maipo Cabernet is characterized by scents of cassis & mint. Some dried figs & raspberry appear while the tannins are ripe & integrated. The wine is dense and concentrated with good length & the capacity to improve over the next 3-5 years.

Miguel Torres brand produces this Chilean Brandy using Rose Muscatel and Muscat of Alexandria grape varieties. The grapes come from selected vineyards that grow in the Aconcagua and Maipo Valleys. 70% of the wine was aged in barrels for 6 months to achieve round tannins. Our Estate Cabernet Sauvignon has a classic ruby-red colour, with a nose that shows aromas of red fruit such as sour cherries and strawberries intermingled with spicy flavours along with black pepper and tobacco. The medium-bodied palate is juicy with a good level of acidity and friendly tannins that lead to a pleasant finish.

The Carmenere grapes come from vineyards in the Aconcagua Valley. Aging occurred in French Oak barrels for 12 months. Deep violet in colour with aromas of black and red fruits, herbs, roasted red bell pepper, rosemary and dill which are all framed by soft notes of chocolate and roasted coffee beans. On the palate are notes of nuts, dark cherries and coffee.

Very ample palate with rounded tannins and flavourful with notes of bay leaves and mint.

120 Sauvignon Blanc is a fresh, fruity wine dominated by tropical and citric fruit such as grapefruit, lime and lemon peel complemented by white peach notes and distinctive variety herbs increasing complexity and lifting fruity sensations, a very interesting aftertaste amid smooth fruit and fresh acidity with a lingering and persistent finish.
