Following fermentation, the wine is aged in American oak barrels for 18 months. Cherry red colour with a thin terracotta edge, reflecting longer barrel age. Complex aromas of dark fruits, toffee and balsamic as well as some mineral notes. Silky, refreshing, well balanced fruit and noticeable spicy oak characteristics. Elegant, persistent, satisfying finish. Ageing potential 5-8years.

Intense aromas of fresh raspberry and cherry, combine with more complex aromas of prune, earthy notes and sweet spice. On the palate there are flavours of raspberries and wild berries that lead to a long spicy finish.

100% Verdejo shows a bright pale yellow colour, and intense nose with aromas of rip stone fruit, herbs, floral touches, fennel, and freshly cut grass. On the mouth - full, fruity and dry with a long finish. Balanced acidity and an attractive bitterness that is characteristic of the varietal. Should be served chilled, ideal with salads or fish and also white or lean meat dishes.

Intense, ruby red colour. Expressive nose with notes of raspberries, blueberries and cherries, enlivened by a touch of spice a depth of vanilla. Charming fruit in the mouth with good structure that highlights concentrated flavours and fleshy tannins.

Cherry-red colour with good robe. Spicy, balsamic aromas of great complexity, with notes of ripe dark berries and light toasted nuances. On the palate it is full and tasty, with good structure and rounded, elegant tannins. The finish is long and fresh, with a slight reminder of the fine oak. This wine goes well with ham, mild cheeses, casseroles which are not highly spiced, bean and pulse dishes, poultry, red meat, grills and roasts. Best served at between 16º and 18ºC.

A glass-coating opaque purple colour, it has greater density and grip than the Reserva cuvee as well as layers of ripe, sweet fruit.

Blend of 50% Macabeo, 35% Parellada, 15% Xarel-lo with minimum 15 months bottle ageing. Fruitiness, freshness and complexity are the principal defining characteristics of this Cava. Elegant, persistent mousse, aromas of white fruits.

The blend consists of 67% Macabeo and 33% Parellada. Aged in the bottle for more than 30 months. Straw yellow in colour with a small, fine plentiful mousse. Hints of honey, white fruit and flower petals.

Ruby with a purple rim, aromas of dark, ripe plum fruit and soft leather rise to the nose as rich, layered notes of blackberry, dark cherry and spice cross the palate. The soft, supple texture and rounded tannins create a velvety, easy-drinking mouth feel through the long finish.

Bright pale straw colour, crisp and light-bodied with aromas of citrus, lime and tropical fruit and elegant floral notes. Vibrant and balanced on the palate with fresh notes of lime, white peach and grapefruit with a subtle mineral touch. Versatile with food and easy to drink on its own. Lovely when chilled.

Intense blackberry colour. Spicy and intense nose, with liquorice and black pepper hints on a base of well ripened fruits (blackberry and cherry). On the palate, very fruity at first with ripened tannins, also persistent and full bodied.

The rich, sensual aroma is typical of the grape varieties recalling small red and black berries such as cherries and blackcurrants, green coffee beans, liquorice and the characteristic vanilla and leather notes from ageing. On the palate the wine is full and silky with dense, well-structured tannins.

Jaime I is deep, rich and dark amber in colour. It displays a concentrated complex bouquet, with marked overtones of coconut, dried fruits and spices, typical of lengthy ageing. Round and lush, it has the smoothness that characterizes great brandies. Jaime I is complex, majestic, with a lingering finish that leaves a velvety imprint on the palate.

Dark in hue and almost opaque. It is fragrant and mineral on the nose; while on the palate it is luxurious and oily, but also silky and with a long finish. This darkly coloured wine is reminiscent of jam and liquorish, over a smooth spicy and toasted background, which comes from The French oak barrels.

Aged for 6 months in a mix of American and French oaks. Picota cherry red. Roasting notes with ripe black fruits and conserves. Smooth attack with rounded tannins on a base of strawberry and blackberry jam. Perfect with stews, game, meat paellas and traditional mountain cuisine.

This Cava is comprised of 100% Trepat grape. Attractive cherry red colour. Fine and persistent bubbles. Good intensity with clean aromas of ripe fruit. Fresh, fruity and pleasant with good structure and medium intensity.

This Cava is made from a blend of Xarel-lo, Parellada, Macabeo and Chardonnay grapes. Brilliant gold to the eye. Aromas and flavours of crisp green apple, citrus, baked bread, white flower and toast. Elegant with fine bubbles.

An amber-coloured wine of intense aromas suggesting dried nuts. Full-bodied and balanced, with little acid and slightly sweet.

Bright hues of very old gold and amber. Pungent, intense and complex on the nose, with a subtle note of the fino sherry it had once been and a hint of dried nuts and filbert. Dry, with excellent acidity; a long, full-bodied and elegant palate.

Very sweet oloroso. Dark mahogany, almost ebony. On the nose, dried nuts and faint aroma of raisins, muscatel and toasted sugar. Smooth and velvety with a warm palate owing to its alcohol content. A long finish.
