This Five Oak Cask Release is matured in a combination of three different types of virgin oak (Irish, European and American), in addition to ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks. The finished result is a whiskey that is equal parts complex and smooth.

Not much compares to white chocolate covered strawberries. Except for maybe our White Chocolate Strawberry Cream Moonshine. We took the mellow, creamy flavours of white chocolate and fresh strawberries and mixed it in with our moonshine to create a sipper that'll keep you coming back.

Three Swallow is made from a mash of malted and unmalted barley, then triple distilled in traditional copper pot stills. Matured in mainly 2nd and 3rd fill American oak casks. The Busker Triple Cask Triple Smooth is an extraordinary Blend made with a very high quality Single Grain and a very high percentage of Single Malt and Single Pot Still. Matured and finished in Bourbon casks, Marsala casks and Sherry casks. Triple distilled, and aged in American oak Bourbon casks and Oloroso Sherry casks. This is a blend of 70% Single Malt and 30% Single Pot Still whiskeys. Zesty spice aromas, with black pepper and peach notes. The pot still spice comes through on the palate, with dark chocolate and bourbon oak notes. The finish lingers pleasantly with hints of oak and butterscotch.

An ode to Donegal whiskeys of days gone by, the Legendary Silkie is a beautifully balanced blend of the finest double and triple distilled single malts and grain whiskeys. Non-chill filtered, and incredibly soft with a stunning natural sweetness. The 2% peated malt in the blend adds a kiss of peat smoke.

Nose: At first honeyed malt, nuts and dark chocolate followed by marzipan, all spice and fruits. Taste: Clean and mellow honey malt and then the taste complexity reveals itself - rich dried fruit, spices, nuts and sweet oils. Finish: A pleasant gentle wood with honey sweetness fading slowly.

To the nose, lemony citrus with hints of green apples, vanilla/sugar. The taste & the finish are bitter, bitter almond, malty oak. The finish fades to bitter notes of fresh oak. Young whiskey, light and straight forward. Would probably be a very good whiskey to incorporate marmalades recipes.

Tsingtao Lager has a crisp, slightly malty flavour and nutty sweet taste which compliments spicy or flavourful Asian cuisine. Tsingtao Lager is brewed with the finest all-natural ingredients including domestically-grown hops, high quality barley and spring water from China's Laoshan mountain region.

The early floral yet biscuit flavour reflects the grain whiskey, while the soft spicy notes can be attributed to the pot still whiskey in the blend. The citrus flavour is contributed by the malt. Finally notice the nutty or even marzipan note combined with distinctive vanilla in the finish imparted by the sherry and bourbon casks used in maturation.

A wonderful blend of Single Pot and Single Malt whiskey with aromas of apple and hints of vanilla. Gently spiced with ginger and orchard fruit flavours followed by a long and elegant finish that highlights notes of dark chocolate.
