Aromatically a complex interplay of nutty maltiness, woodland fragrances and spice, with hints of honey and vanilla. On the finish the sweetness gently fades, mellow maltiness and mild woody notes linger.

Three Swallow is made from a mash of malted and unmalted barley, then triple distilled in traditional copper pot stills. Matured in mainly 2nd and 3rd fill American oak casks. Pot Still spice combines with crisp barley character. Delicate herbs give way to green banana and grapefruit while a nutty note of marzipan reflects the wood contribution of specially selected casks. An initial taste delivers smooth mouth-coating barley followed by an eruption of green apple and citrus notes. Herbs and spicy flavours are complemented by a touch of cedar wood for extra complexity.

Full of aroma and flavour, Redbreast 12 Year Old benefits from a strong contribution from distillates that have matured in Oloroso sherry casks, giving it its trademark Christmas-cake character.

This whiskey has been triple distilled and then matured in the finest bourbon, sherry and ruby port casks for no less than 27 years. A succulent aromatic medley of exotic fruits, mango, pineapple, blood orange, and ripe red berries are complemented by fresh herbs, aromatic oils and wood spices. Vanilla sweetness and treacle toffee add to the richness, while walnuts and toasted oak acknowledge the contribution from a supreme cask selection. Incredibly rich in texture with intriguing complexity of red fleshed plums, black cherries, summer berries, a hint of chili oil, vanilla, cinnamon sweet spices and toasted oak. Incredibly long finish.

Nose: A rich infusion of pot still spices and Spanish oak with the controlled influence of Oloroso Sherry allow deep darker fruits, prunes, dates and figs to mingle with licorice, marzipan, toasted oak and the typical Redbreast spices. Taste: Creamy pot still mouth feel is round and sweet with familiar Redbreast style spices balanced with the richness of the sherry finish and the contribution of fresh Spanish oak. Finish: Endless. Sweetness and pot still spices endure while Oloroso Sherry and Spanish oak have the last word.

With its white liqueur having a white chocolate richness, and the black of warm coffee and whiskey, the whole rounded-off by a chocolaty, nutty finish.

The Busker Triple Cask Triple Smooth is an extraordinary Blend made with a very high quality Single Grain and a very high percentage of Single Malt and Single Pot Still. Matured and finished in Bourbon casks, Marsala casks and Sherry casks. Begin your journey with fruits and sweet vanilla notes coming from that beautiful malt, capping it all off with a superbly balanced mouth sweetness.

Triple distilled, and aged in American oak Bourbon casks and Oloroso Sherry casks. Ripe and fruity aromas with luscious peach, dried apricot and tropical fruit notes with additional hints of orange blossom and vanilla fudge. Vanilla sweetness, granola, toasted almonds and honey, a little oak, digestive biscuits, apricots, and a hint of cocoa flavours fill the mouth. A lovely maltiness and sweet oak deliver a smooth finish.

This is a blend of 70% Single Malt and 30% Single Pot Still whiskeys. Zesty spice aromas, with black pepper and peach notes. The pot still spice comes through on the palate, with dark chocolate and bourbon oak notes. The finish lingers pleasantly with hints of oak and butterscotch.

An ode to Donegal whiskeys of days gone by, the Legendary Silkie is a beautifully balanced blend of the finest double and triple distilled single malts and grain whiskeys. Non-chill filtered, and incredibly soft with a stunning natural sweetness. The 2% peated malt in the blend adds a kiss of peat smoke.

Nose: At first honeyed malt, nuts and dark chocolate followed by marzipan, all spice and fruits. Taste: Clean and mellow honey malt and then the taste complexity reveals itself - rich dried fruit, spices, nuts and sweet oils. Finish: A pleasant gentle wood with honey sweetness fading slowly.

To the nose, lemony citrus with hints of green apples, vanilla/sugar. The taste & the finish are bitter, bitter almond, malty oak. The finish fades to bitter notes of fresh oak. Young whiskey, light and straight forward. Would probably be a very good whiskey to incorporate marmalades recipes.

Tsingtao Lager has a crisp, slightly malty flavour and nutty sweet taste which compliments spicy or flavourful Asian cuisine. Tsingtao Lager is brewed with the finest all-natural ingredients including domestically-grown hops, high quality barley and spring water from China's Laoshan mountain region.

The early floral yet biscuit flavour reflects the grain whiskey, while the soft spicy notes can be attributed to the pot still whiskey in the blend. The citrus flavour is contributed by the malt. Finally notice the nutty or even marzipan note combined with distinctive vanilla in the finish imparted by the sherry and bourbon casks used in maturation.

A wonderful blend of Single Pot and Single Malt whiskey with aromas of apple and hints of vanilla. Gently spiced with ginger and orchard fruit flavours followed by a long and elegant finish that highlights notes of dark chocolate.

Nose: Mown hay & cracked black pepper. Red bell peppers, nutmeg, clove oil and green tea. Sweet honey and peaches from the Malaga casks. Taste: Honey sweetness with pot still spices. Flavours of fresh coffee, creamy milk chocolate and crème brûlée. Notes of red apples and toasted oak. Finish: Sophisticated and complex. Sweetness throughout, with a mix of red grapy and dry barley upon exit.
