Selected French wines impart to Dujardin the charm of France and create its smooth character. The mellow harmonic taste is due to the skill of the distiller as well as to a long maturation time. Erdinger Dunkel is a rich and smooth wheat beer specialty from Erdinger Weissbräu. It owes its full-bodied flavour to the fine hops and dark malt used in its production.

Brewed using fine yeast according to a traditional recipe and, in strict accordance with the Bavarian Purity Law. Even today, the beer is still bottle-fermented in the traditional way; it takes three to four weeks for Erdinger Weissbier to mature.

Monkey 47 is a batch distilled and handcrafted gin from Germany’s Black Forest, and was created with the use of 47 ingredients. Clear with a silvery, glycerous appearance. Crisp and fresh on the nose. The initial perfumed burst is of sweet berry / juniper and assorted fresh citrus peel; further aeration releases pine needle, lavender and clove-like scents.

Herdade do Monte da Ribeira is located in the heart of the Alentejo region. Monte da Ribeira Blanco is a blend of Antao Vaz, Verdelho and Sauvignon Blanc grapes. Aromas of mango and pineapple, some notes of tangerine peel and mineral. Fresh, complete and structured mouth, with a medium finish.

Herdade do Monte da Ribeira is located in the heart of the Alentejo region. Monte da Ribeira Tinto is a blend of Aragonez, Trincadeira, Syrah and Alicante Bouschet grapes. Aging has occurred in French and American new oak for 6 months. Aromas of dried figs, chocolate and cigar tobacco. Good structure, ripe fruit character and acidity on the palate, leading to medium to long finish.
