The harmony of the component is developed by oak ageing in the cellars of Eger which are carved in tuff. This Pink Chardonnay with a splash of the Dornfelder grape varietal, charms with its pink colour and fine raspberry notes. On the palate, it presents itself with playful fruitiness and balanced acidity.

Here is a straightforward Pinot Noir with a cute label. Aromas of red currents and cherries, cedar and dill with an earthy core highlighted by violets. It’s a light bodied and juicy with fresh red fruit and hints of cocoa. An enjoyable wine at a good value.

Havana Club 3 Años is the result of blending aged and aromatic sugarcane aguardientes with extra light sugarcane distillates. This batch of rums is then allowed to rest in white oak barrels after which the Maestro Ronero chooses the best barrels and blends the final three-year-old rum, which is again set to rest, then filtered and bottled. Light straw in appearance with aromas of vanilla, caramelized pears, banana and hints of smoked oak. Pleasant palate, with smoky, vanilla and chocolate notes.

Havana Club Anejo 7 embodies Cuban rum-making excellence and is recognized as one of the best aged rums in the world. On the nose intermingled notes of toffee, honeycomb and coffee, a little spice and dried peels with notes of orchard fruits and biscuits, while the palate shows notes of cigar box, cedar wood, guava and banana leaf.

Some aging occurs in used Islay whiskey casks. Notes of dried fruit and a delicate smokiness on the nose; on the palate intense smoky flavour with a gentle sweetness and cocoa/dark chocolate flavours, followed by a lingering dry spiciness.

A well-balanced harmonious red wine with a pleasing fragrance and a light spicy aroma. Best enjoyed with beef, pork, lamb and cheeses. Serving temperature 16-18°C.

Clean, white pepper spice with faint, but discernible grilled sweet corn. Slightly sweet with creamy mouthfeel and cracked black pepper feel. Clean minerality with grain character evident and a faint hint of tinned sweet corn. Slightly hot black pepper finish, with faint lingering Brazil nuts.
