Plum Gekkeikan is made with the choicest plums from the world-renowned orchard in Wakayama in central Japan. Tender and succulent, the plums are carefully hand-picked at the moment of perfect ripeness. In an aged-old tradition, they are fermented and then aged to ensure a rich, smooth flavour. Havana Club 3 Años is the result of blending aged and aromatic sugarcane aguardientes with extra light sugarcane distillates. This batch of rums is then allowed to rest in white oak barrels after which the Maestro Ronero chooses the best barrels and blends the final three-year-old rum, which is again set to rest, then filtered and bottled. Light straw in appearance with aromas of vanilla, caramelized pears, banana and hints of smoked oak. Pleasant palate, with smoky, vanilla and chocolate notes.

Havana Club Anejo 7 embodies Cuban rum-making excellence and is recognized as one of the best aged rums in the world. On the nose intermingled notes of toffee, honeycomb and coffee, a little spice and dried peels with notes of orchard fruits and biscuits, while the palate shows notes of cigar box, cedar wood, guava and banana leaf.

Some aging occurs in used Islay whiskey casks. Notes of dried fruit and a delicate smokiness on the nose; on the palate intense smoky flavour with a gentle sweetness and cocoa/dark chocolate flavours, followed by a lingering dry spiciness.

Initial aging has occurred in sherry, bourbon and Hogshead casks and then finished in Mizunara Oak. Aromas of honey, wisps of chocolate, dry grass and bonfire smoke. On the palate caramel, coffee, gently smoke, seaweed and vanilla. Long finish with notes of salted caramel.

The whisky is unique as it is cut with pure filtered desalinated ocean water. Aromas include caramel, vanilla, a touch of grain whisky, light honey, some floral and red apples. On the palate caramel, red apples, vanilla, hazelnut and a touch of chocolate.
