Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot work together to create a wine that exhibits plush fruit supported by deep tannins. We make this wine to cellar for a number of years. A youthful wine will therefore exhibit well structured tannins that demands a complimenting food while a wine with greater than 4 years of age will begin to deliver nuances of flavour, texture and length that can only be achieved by making the wine in this traditional style.

This unoaked chardonnay is aged completely in stainless steel tanks. Light and fresh. Crisp notes of green apple, peach and citrus are found on the nose, with a lively acidity on the palate.

Our Story Charming White is refreshing and fruit forward with notes of citrus and pear.

The key to the intense flavours and spicy aromas in this wine are the mature grapes and modern technology which allows for strict temperature control during fermentation: its gentle agitation of the wine extracts more colour and tannin from the skins, and the partial pressure this vessel is under during the time of fermentation allows higher concentration of fruit flavours to remain in the wine. Finally, this wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in the barrel room, which stabilizes its red colour and enhances its firm tannic finish. This Cabernet Franc is best served with pasta or red sauce, barbecued foods, roast beef or lamb.

You will find very ripe, plummy-sweet flavours and richness in this wine. Some would also call it a bistro style, "elbows-on-the-table" wine. Great with stews, red meat or tomato-based dishes.

Elegance with a luminous pink colouring, a fragrance of wild flowers and wild strawberries.

This wine has vibrant acidity and well balanced tannins. Flavours of cherries, currant and a hint of cedar notes.

Aged in 2,500 litre oak casks, our LOLA Merlot has aromas of wild cherries and blackberries with fine tannins.

Vidal Blanc and Chambourcin grapes are used for this Rose. A delicate frizzante with hints of strawberries and blood orange flavours.

A medium red wine with a leather & tobacco aroma and a distinctive tannic finish. Pinot Noir is one of the oldest varieties cultivated by man. This wine is best served at room temperature with grilled or roasted red meat and game, ham, roast pork or grilled Atlantic salmon.

Aromas of mango and melon, bright lemon zest, honey crisp apple and honeysuckle. The palate has the same strong tropical fruit notes with some white currant character. Refreshing, with zippy acidity and an off-dry sweetness.
