The distinct character of the Aberfeldy 12 is the result of uniting the Highland's finest natural resources. Created with fresh spring water from the nearby Pitilie Burn, they are truly "Scotch" Scotches, as only Scottish Optic Barley is used. Colour: Full, gold yellow. This Islay whisky shows initial aromas of sweet pear drops, vanilla fudge, chocolate and marzipan, on the palate the oak and malt notes overlap each other with toasted rye bread, buttery popcorn, fresh oak, vanilla fudge and smooth caramel. The organic barley seems to give more fruit from the distillation and more viscous texture which is a joy to the olfactory senses.

Following a secret recipe, the steeped ginger is combined with quality ingredients and matured for 8 weeks to release a distinctive flavour. Serve chilled with ice and lemon.

Dead Man's Fingers Passion Fruit Rum has sweet tropical passion fruit aroma with hints of mango.

Sloe gin is created by carefully steeping sloe berries over several months in dry gin, it is then blended with natural sugars.
