Hints of apple, vanilla and spice on the nose. Medium bodied with notes of lemon, pie crust and spice on a balanced, round finish.

Each varietal lot was kept separate and then aged carefully for 20 months before blending, racking and bottling. Always unfined and unfiltered to best show the terroir. Rich black fruits mixed with spicy notes and classic Similkameen minerality.

Rich dark fruits, smoky vanilla notes and subtle whiskey undertones on the nose. The aromas carry onto the palate with red and dark fruits and an intense vanilla cream with hints of whiskey flavours. The tannins are supple and luscious, with balanced acidity and a long finish.

Bright straw yellow colour. Intriguing bouquet of spice, oak, vanilla bean, grilled lemon and Bartlett pear. Possessing a smooth, slightly rich mouthfeel with flavours of tropical fruit, pear and spice.
