Bright and refreshing, like our founders. Following the tradition and standards set by our founders, Prairie White Ale is a true Belgian-style wheat beer. It is patiently brewed from Saskatchewan two-row barley, spring wheat and choice hop varietals. Adding the zest of premium oranges and natural Saskatchewan coriander creates refreshing citrus notes with a subtle spice. It has a slightly cloudy appearance, proof that we’d never filter out the rich, complex flavours.

This is a premium blend of select single estate rums, distilled, Bourbon barrel-aged and blended on the East Bank of the Demerara River in the lush tropical Caribbean country of Guyana.  An explosion of banana, vanilla, shortbread, candied almonds and toasted oat aromas. Additional notes of dark brown sugar and island spices (nutmeg, clove and cinnamon), vanilla bean, cocoa, dark honey, caramel and oak. Hints of English toffee, dried fruits (especially Sultana raisins, dates and apricots), dark bitter semi-sweet chocolate and a nice heavily steeped tea finish.
