An unbelievably smooth tequila, Reposado, which means "rested" in Spanish. But resting is just the beginning. Made from 100% agave, our proprietary production process and aging in white oak barrels for two months is what gives el Jimador Reposado its golden colour and balanced flavour of cooked agave and hints of vanilla and caramel. A hint of fruit as the nose opens conjures an image of the apple orchard, soon joined by light touches of almond and vanilla, before lush meadow-grass aromas develop the floral theme. Smooth and pleasing in texture, the opulent and rounded taste starts lightly sweet and becomes elegantly drying, with a vibrant oaky spiciness that persists in the dry finish.

This Raicilla (pronounced Rye-See-Ya) is made from 100% Maximiliana Agave. Raicilla is an agave spirit, similar to tequila and mezcal and is perfect for cocktails and sipping alike. Castelgiocondo Brunello is a lively, luminous ruby -red colour with vermillion highlights. The nose offers a melange of berries, among which, blackberry dominates with floral notes of violets. Spicy black pepper and cardamom, followed by fresh notes of juniper, and toasted coffee and hazelnuts. The texture is dense with elegant tannins, full bodied. The finish is very long and warm; spicy notes are joined by equally intense fruity notes.

Fuedo Montepulciano pours bright brilliant red with purple hues. On the nose there are hints of small red and purple fruit along with licorice. Full bodied & well structured palate with soft well integrated tannins.

Brilliant, acid-yellow golden colour with green tinges. The nose is reminiscent of Tic-Tac peppermint sweets with hints of anise, juniper and delicate vanilla. Anise and peppermint come to the fore on the palate, which explodes with fresh herbs, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and citrus.
