Aviation American Gin takes advantage of the rich, floral and savoury flavour notes of unconventional botanicals such as Lavender and Indian Sarsaparilla, giving it delicate blending of both the floral and sweet spice.

Brewhouse is a refreshing pilsner-style beer crafted from premium ingredients, including Western Canadian barley-the finest in the world. Cold filtered and naturally aged, it has a light, malty flavour with a crisp finish.

Aging in both bourbon and sherry casks is responsible for the complex flavour profile. Aromas include: chocolate, delicate spice and dried fruits. The palate is balanced and sold with hints of caramel and wood.

The nose is full of caramel and dark brown sugar, buttery toffee and a little spice with pepper and vanilla. The palate is smooth and rich and rather dry with buttery spice notes and dark sugar, a little oak. The finish is of good length with dark sugar.

Bright and refreshing, like our founders. Following the tradition and standards set by our founders, Prairie White Ale is a true Belgian-style wheat beer. It is patiently brewed from Saskatchewan two-row barley, spring wheat and choice hop varietals. Matusalem makes triple-distilled, hand-crafted, blended spirits. During the Solera method, young and older rums are blended many times in French oak barrels. Gran Reserva 23 is dark, rich, golden with brilliant red and amber tones.
