On the nose and palate, there are concentrated orange and yellow stone fruits, as well as notes of spice and zesty citrus.  The palate is full, textured and you are left with a lingering aftertaste.  It is an elegant wine with lingering nuances of honeysuckle and frangipani.

Plum Gekkeikan is made with the choicest plums from the world-renowned orchard in Wakayama in central Japan. Tender and succulent, the plums are carefully hand-picked at the moment of perfect ripeness. In an aged-old tradition, they are fermented and then aged to ensure a rich, smooth flavour. Rich in mineral, citric acid and polyphenol. Elegant and authentic; a perfect reflection of the fruit.

Brewed with meticulous care and traditional methods, Hakutsuru Junmai Ginjo is characterized by its refined flowerlike aroma, refreshing taste and silky smoothness. Best enjoyed chilled or at room temperature.

Made with 100% Japanese Yuzu, there are no artifical flavours added. The whole fruit brings complex and yet perfect balance with bitter and rich flavours coming from the Yuzu peel.

The vines are grown on low-vigour, stony, clay-rich soil, in a cool maritime mesoclimate. The naturally tiny yields of under 30 hl/ha and philosophy of expressing the terroir in the wines- give rise to a certain tightness, tannin line and elevated length to balance the richness and generosity of this Pinot Noir. Wonderfully high natural acidity and dense, complex, concentrated fruit flavours. Soft, “sweet” and generally shows hints of that alluring savoury “primal” character along with a dark, spicy, complex primary fruit perfume. Like 2009, another excellent vintage.

The pink and red dots of this Junmai Ginjo represent the two kinds of yeast used to make this sake. The silver color symbolizes the merger into a delicious brew. Floral aromas, peach and melon on palate, frizzante texture, lingering melon in the finish.

We choose rare Japanese malt whiskies, finest malt whiskies from the rest of the world and fuse this unique blend with the highest quality pure spring water from Japan. The wine has a texture that reflects the unique Klein Constantia terroir and the finish is particularly long.

A unique whisky showing enticing aromas of sweet exotic fruit, ripe pear, cherry, citrus notes and subtle floral scents. Intense sweet fruity flavours of pear and apricot nectar and caramelized papaya. Finishes sweet with bourbon vanilla.

The finish is long with lemon, grapefruit, tobacco, ginger, toasted nuts, stewed fruits and exotic notes of lychee.

Aromas of mellow peat and salty notes at first, then candied citrus, black liquorice, spice and dried twig. The palate shows peat, smoke, spices, fresh melon, almond and chocolate notes. The long finish shows ripe fruit, herbaceous and malty notes, coastal freshness, and earthy leather notes.
