Matusalem makes triple-distilled, hand-crafted, blended spirits. During the Solera method, young and older rums are blended many times in French oak barrels. It evokes sweet vanilla, molasses, caramel and plums on the nose and tastes delicate, velvety smooth with hints of vanilla, molasses and caramel.
