Our Merlot Les Jamelles is a very complex, rich, long and fat wine. With its dark colour, it displays aromas of crushed black fruits (blackberries, black currants, and cherries), jam and cooked fruits as well as smoky scents (peat) and spicy perfumes (cinnamon, thyme). This wine is round, rich and long-lasting on the palate with mature tannins on the finish. It is a well-balanced easy-drinking wine.

On the palate, this wine is complex, rich, long and fat. It displays aromas of crushed black fruits (blackberries, blackcurrants, cherries) and jam. The tannins are plump and well-integrated. Unlike many Pinot Noirs grown in the Pays d'Oc, this wine is not dominated by heaviness or an excessive over-ripeness.

Pale pink with lychee highlights. The succulent nose expresses intense grapefruit and red berry fruit aromas. On the palate, the attack is forthright and highly expressive, marked by the grapefruit notes found on the nose. Fresh, red berry fruit flavours then emerge on the close-knit, refined mid-palate, lingering on the fresh and elegant finish.

Blackened Whisky started as a collaboration between Master Distiller Dave Pickerell and Metallica, but when Dave passed away in 2018, Master Distiller Rob Dietrich joined the team in 2019 and now oversees the Blackened American Whiskey distilling process. A blend of hand-selected, well-aged North American bourbon & rye whiskeys, uniquely finished in black brandy casks and the earth-shattering music of Metallica. Each batch of whiskey is blasted with it's very own Metallica playlist, curated by the band themselves. Burnt caramel, oak and honey on the nose along with notes of cinnamon, allspice, dark fruit, clove and mint. The finish is long and smooth with a taste profile that is slightly creamy with hints of butterscotch, toffee and maple.

Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes were vinified exclusively in barrels. Riddled and disgorged by hand. To the eye gold glints. Initial aromas of cherry and lemon mingle with quince and bergamot are followed by notes of hazelnut and almond, peach and mirabelle plum. On the palate a fine and intense effervescence in balance with delicate acidity. As the wine unfurls, a delicate minerality and the complex flavours of orchard fruit and citrus.

The unique label shows the 1953 tractor, the first wheeled tractor used at the Château de la Gardine which worked hundreds of hours with Maxime Brunel on board. 60 Crus (vineyrads) of Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir have gone into this blend. A deep golden robe with delicate and vivacious long lasting bubbles. Complex, voluptuous nose with notes of freshly baked brioche and the richness of roasted coffee beans. On the palate, the texture is reminiscent of a crisp layer of nougatine on a velvety cream pastry filled with plump red plums and ripe cherries.

Only two Chartreuse monks know the identity of the 130 plants, how to blend them and how to distill them into this world famous liqueur. They are also the only ones who know which plants they have to macerate to produce the natural green and yellow colours. And they alone supervise the slow ageing in oak casks. The 2018 Belle-Vue includes five grapes in the blend for the first time. 48% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, 20% Petit Verdot, 1% Cabernet Franc and 1% Carménère. Deep garnet - purple colour. The 2016 blend is 55% Merlot, 35% Cabenet Franc and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon (vines organically certified) picked from the 26th of September to the 15th of October and matured in 60% new oak. Aromas of red and black fruit, with some flint and graphite notes that integrate with black fruit on the palate.
