Avant Garde is a limited edition series. The combination of aging the cognac first in French oak, then deep char bourbon casks gives a warming aromatic expression of vanilla crème, sweet marmalade and caramel, followed by flavours of subtle and smoky leather and sweet orange.

BEGINNING: The Bon Bois and the Fins Bois are distilled without lees, elevating the fruit notes of apple, pear, and grapefruit to the forefront. MIDDLE: The spring blossom burst forth from the distinctive house style of Maison Courvoisier. END: The Petite Champagne distilled with lees adds complexity and length to our VS, beautifully balanced with a fresh oaky finish.

This skillfully crafted cognac is aged in French oak barrels. Aromas and flavours include nutty notes, toasted almonds, hints of fruit and even wisps of Jasmine.

An exotic vanilla and crème brûlée bouquet, candied orange aromas and iris flower notes, all come together to excite the senses.

Naturally aged for at least four and a half years in the cellars of France's Château de Cognac, where some of the world's finest Cognacs have been made for over 200 years. This emerges as a bold, full-bodied blend that is uniquely powerful and has a pleasantly smooth and balanced finish.

This cuvée made with about 85% Merlot and 15% Cabernet Franc is a blend of different lots reflecting the diversity of all local terroirs: the clay bringing the body, the gravel giving the structure and the chalk ensuring the finesse. The current blend is mainly the 2010 vintage ; the exceptional climatic conditions of this vintage are expressed when tasting the wine which shows a deep intense color, some scents of black fruits (mulberries, cherries) greatly backed up by a lovely integrated tanic structure, this enhancing a long and complex final.

Countryside passion, precise mould, perfect timing, the affinity of such an old tradition that touches our soul and awakens spirit. The fruit of these old mencia vines, mysterious and deep. If Bierzo’s identity lies on the Atlantic influence, the ocean foam at the breaking of waves has bathed with iodine and an excellent fragrance the fruits of wet forests in 2010. Morello cherries, blueberries, strawberries and small wild pears. Sweet, acid and juicy, we can also find traces of exotic coasts: papaya, dragon fruit and lychees. All flavours reach their climax in a voluptuous and lively way, a liquid sustained by the vegetal fibre of complete maturity and fineness given during its wood rest.

This blend of Syrah, Grenache, Carignan and Mourvèdre has sweet raspberry and black cherry on the nose, with some herbs, licorice and pepper notes. Great fruit flavours in the mouth complement the herbs, spice and licorice notes. Medium- to full-bodied with sweet tannins leading to a long finish, this is an ideal wine for lamb dishes.

The luxurious wines of Champagne Devaux are expertly crafted with a balance between character and elegance, combining aromatic complexity with great finesse. The exceptional maturation process marks the Devaux style. The source of several crus allows our winemaker to create this Brut champagne with delicacy and complexity.

On the nose, the bouquet spirals through sweet, bright floral notes and the lively minerality so typical of Dom Pérignon, then notes of candied fruit, plants, the incredible freshness of camphor leaf and finally the dark hints of spices and liquorice root. On the palate, the wine is currently still physical. It is compelling, tactile and vibrant rather than aromatic. The rhythm and tempo are more dominant than the melody. At first mild and delicate, then strongly, confidently mineral, persistent, precise, with a refined bitterness, and an iodine, saline tang.

Harvest occurs early in the morning and the fruit is then immediately pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel cuves. A low temperature is kept while the wine is raised on fine lees in the cuve for eleven months and then bottled in September. The honey & white acacia blossom perfume is a rare treat. Youthful deliciousness.

Aroma of fresh, wild - ripe strawberries. Flavours of strawberries, cherries with some herbal notes accompanied by some spice and possessing a clean, well - balanced finish.

Dubonnet Rouge is ruby in colour and it has an elegant bouquet of mint, toffee, candied cherries and blackcurrants. The wine, which so gracefully combines these flavours, is both bold and slightly oaky, thus creating a balance with a certain aromatic insistence.

Complex and consistent. Providing a perfect balance between finesse and power, it draws out flavours of dark chocolate, cinnamon and roasted yellow figs, expressing its subtle, melt-in-the-mouth vinosity.

A blend of predominantly Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre grapes. A rich unctuous wine with notes of mature plums, hazelnuts and red fruits. Round tannins with powerful complexity.

A blend of Marsanne and Roussanne, with 12 months of aging partly in oak barrel. Golden yellow colour with aromas of white flowers, acacia and oak.

This 100% Tempranillo has an inviting colour of ripe raspberries and refreshing aroma of wild strawberries. This wine has a crisp red currant acidity combined with sweet summer strawberries and ripe cherries.

Clear, deep ruby red colour with purple highlights. A blend of Tempranillo & Shiraz with clean medium-intense aromas reminiscent of black cherries, mature strawberries with notes of exotic spices and eucalyptus. Medium-bodied, soft tannins and a long finish.

This tempranillo is filled with dark plum, blueberry, game and spice characters with an elegant floral life on the nose. The palate shows lovely fruit richness and weight, enhanced by silky texture and supple tannins. Very approachable and likeable.

Estrella Damm is bright and sparkling, with a cream-coloured, long lasting head and lots of delicate, lively bubbles. The generous aroma is of fresh spices, and flavours of toasted grains add to the beer’s personality. The mouthfeel is smooth, while the finish is bitter and long lasting.

This is a 95% Merlot and 5% Cabernet Franc blend. It has aged for 12 mths in second fill barrels. The nose displays all the subtleties of the great Pomerol wines, mingling aromas of fresh raspberry, blackberry, black pepper, Earl Grey tea and lavender. The silky mouthfeel and lush flavours of red fruit prolong its expression on the palate. Its intensity lingers with hints of spice, liquorice and brown sugar.

Grapes of Garnacha from small plots with low yields are hand-picked and fermented separately in small vats, then transferred into French oak barrels to stay for 6 months to complete its ageing procedure. This opaque purple wine exhibits richness and finesse with layers of blackberry, blueberry and plum notes, mineral, mocha and spice box details edged with dark chocolate, licorice and cracked pepper.

Nice deep red colour. Very expressive nose, with berries fruit, caramel and vanilla notes. Mouth is rich, structured, with supple tannins. We find aromas of red fruits, vanilla and a slight hint of balsamic.

The colour is bright purple, the true colour of traditional Sangria. The nose is very expressive, highlighting its citrus fruits, specially the lemon and the orange. The balance between the characteristics of the wine and the fruits is extraordinary and reminds you of a very well made Sangria served at Spanish bars. The palate is lively and full, you can tell the good quality of the base wine which makes this Sangria so special. The round tannins of this Sangria give a pleasant finish with a long aftertaste.

This still white wine has an intense and explosive nose with clean and ripe tropical fruit such as lychee and pineapple. On the palate it's dry and refreshing with long finish of tropical fruit character.

Mumm Cordon Rouge is the signture cuvee of maison Mumm. This eceptional brut champagne blend is a composition of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Meunier grapes. It has been aged for a minimum of 20 months in Maison Mumm’s cellars. Scents of succulent white and yellow fruits entice, with hints of lychee, pineapple, praline. Appetizing aromas of pastry – yeast, brioche – heighten the anticipation. Vibrant freshness exciteS the palate. Aged 24 months in oak barrels, the Antano Reserva from Rioja displays a beautifully dark garnet with ruby glints. Enticing aromas such as vanilla, spices and assorted black fruit lead. In the glass, this wine opens up to reveal savoury blackberry flavours, complexity and silky tannins. This is a very good value in a traditionally styled Rioja.

Brouilly, the most southerly of the Beaujolais "Crus". This ruby - coloured wine has a very fresh and fruity smell with hints of blueberry, blackberry and plum. A pleasant and joyous wine that can be drunk young though it ages well.
