This wine is aged in American oak barrels for 24 months and then for an extended period in bottle. Intensely fruity aroma that explodes with freshness and flavours of citrus fruits in the mouth and better yet the wine is not overly sweet, making it a joy to drink. This Sangria is produced like wine and during fermentation lemons and soft fruit that are grown within the vines are added, giving the natural fruitiness to the wine.

Rich morello cherry and plum flavours are accented by mint, orange peel and sassafras notes in this expressive red, which has soft tannins, juicy acidity and smoky finish.

The colour is coppery amber and the nose offers heady spice aromas of nutmeg, cardamom, and vanilla, rounded out with caramel and citrus notes. On the palate the taste is warm and buttery with butterscotch notes and has a long, smooth cognac finish.

Our Merlot Les Jamelles is a very complex, rich, long and fat wine. With its dark colour, it displays aromas of crushed black fruits (blackberries, black currants, and cherries), jam and cooked fruits as well as smoky scents (peat) and spicy perfumes (cinnamon, thyme). This wine is round, rich and long-lasting on the palate with mature tannins on the finish. It is a well-balanced easy-drinking wine.

On the palate, this wine is complex, rich, long and fat. It displays aromas of crushed black fruits (blackberries, blackcurrants, cherries) and jam. The tannins are plump and well-integrated. Unlike many Pinot Noirs grown in the Pays d'Oc, this wine is not dominated by heaviness or an excessive over-ripeness.

Pale pink with lychee highlights. The succulent nose expresses intense grapefruit and red berry fruit aromas. On the palate, the attack is forthright and highly expressive, marked by the grapefruit notes found on the nose. Fresh, red berry fruit flavours then emerge on the close-knit, refined mid-palate, lingering on the fresh and elegant finish.

Chardonnay brings elegance, finesse, and minerality, Pinot Noir gives us body and structure, and Pinot Meunier brings weight and roundness to the wine. Beau Joie Brut is aged on lees for a minimum of 4 years. When Beau Joie Brut is disgorged, we add a very small amount of dosage to each bottle in order to highlight the fruit characteristics, while preserving lovely acidity and citrus notes.

Sophie Valrose is a beautiful, pale salmon coloured rose. Elegantly fragrant with aromas of wild strawberries, citrus and delicate floral notes. Round and creamy on the palate, with refreshing acidity and a silky smooth finish

Brilliant ruby colour. Aromas of dark cherry, cardamom, raspberry, red tea notes and a swirl of red licorice. This medium bodied wine is in good balance with moderate and refined tannins, a light snap of acidity, all backed by a kirsch note on the juicy finish.

A blend of Monastrell, Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon. The different varietals are vinified separately. The grapes are hand - picked, crushed and destemmed prior to fermentation in concrete vats. Malolactic fermentation takes place in Hungarian oak barrels. The wines are barrel aged for 6 months. Balsamic aromas and spices on a background of ripe fruits.

The 2018 Cap De Faugeres is composed of 85% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine opens with intense scents of preserved plums, kirsch, chocolate and menthol with hints of wood smoke and spices. The palate has a velvety texture with plenty of red fruit character.
