The identity of the vintage stands out in the form of liveliness with the characteristic complexity of this hawthorn, which has found in this vintage a new occasion to express the best of itself. El Buen Alfarero translates as "the good potter", this artisanal wine is unique and no two bottle are exactly alike as they are dressed by hand. This blend of 95% Tempranillo and 5% Albillo has been aged for 7 months in earthenware jars called "tinajas", just as it would have been over 100 years ago. It is bright, dark-hued purple-red with intense bluish notes. the nose is bold with outstanding red fruits. In the mouth it is elegant, fresh, and tasty with mineral notes combined with red and dark fruit. Round velvety tannins lead to a soft subtle finish.

A rich confection of molasses and butterscotch, with notes of almond and dried fig, followed by a complex spicy redolence of vanilla, black pepper, nutmeg and cinnamon. Discreet scents of cedar and balsam emerge fleeting in the background. Smooth, velvety texture and impressive volume and density.
