This Raicilla (pronounced Rye-See-Ya) is made from 100% Maximiliana Agave. Raicilla is an agave spirit, similar to tequila and mezcal and is perfect for cocktails and sipping alike. Plum Gekkeikan is made with the choicest plums from the world-renowned orchard in Wakayama in central Japan. Tender and succulent, the plums are carefully hand-picked at the moment of perfect ripeness. In an aged-old tradition, they are fermented and then aged to ensure a rich, smooth flavour. Rich in mineral, citric acid and polyphenol. Elegant and authentic; a perfect reflection of the fruit.

100% Verdejo shows a bright pale yellow colour, and intense nose with aromas of rip stone fruit, herbs, floral touches, fennel, and freshly cut grass. On the mouth - full, fruity and dry with a long finish. Balanced acidity and an attractive bitterness that is characteristic of the varietal. Should be served chilled, ideal with salads or fish and also white or lean meat dishes.
